Follow these steps to book Airport Transfer from the App:

How to Book Airport Transfer with Book for Later

1. Open Cars on your Traveloka App and choose Airport Transfer. Set the direction of your trip by tapping the swap icon on the right. Then, enter your pick-up and drop-off locations (from and to), pick-up date, and pick-up time. If you would like to book another trip immediately (e.g. for round trips), tap Add another trip.

2. Choose the car that best suits your needs.

3. Learn the details about your Airport Transfer, including its passenger and baggage capacity as well as instructions on how to meet your driver. Then, tap Continue.

4. Enter a more detailed pick-up or drop-off location if you have not entered it before. If your pick-up location is at an airport, make sure to enter your flight number so that the driver will wait for you if your flight is delayed. Then, choose the number of cars you would like to book and tap Book Now.

5. Recheck your booking details. Then, select your preferred payment method and complete your payment.

6. Once your payment is verified, go to your Airport Transfer Voucher on My Booking to track the progress of your booking.

How to Book Airport Transfer with Pick Up Now

1. As soon as you arrive at the airport, Open Cars on your Traveloka App and choose Airport Transfer. Choose Pick Up Now and select your airport as the origin location, and then choose your destination.

NOTE: You have to allow Traveloka access to your location to use Pick-up Now.

2. Choose the terminal where you want to get picked up.

3. Choose the car that best suits your needs.

4. Recheck your booking details. Then, select your preferred payment method and complete your payment.

5. Once your payment is verified, open your Airport Transfer Voucher on My Booking and go to the pick-up point as written on the voucher.
