Absolutely. When your booking is confirmed, you are guaranteed a seat. If you are unable to get a seat on the date and time as written in your voucher, Big Bird JAC will be responsible to provide a replacement seat within the same schedule. Big Bird JAC will also be responsible for the extra cost that may result from these changes.
