After completing the payment for your booking, you will receive your villa or apartment voucher and receipt in the email address you used to make your booking.

You can also log in to your Traveloka account and follow the instructions below to get your villa or apartment voucher and receipt.

Getting your voucher:

• Go to My Booking.

On App:

1. Tap on the booking.
2. Tap the name of the villa or apartment on the Product Details section.
3. Tap on the paper plane icon at the top-right corner of the screen.
4. Select Send as Screenshot or Send as PDF.

On Desktop:

1. Click Details on your booking.
2. Click Download E-Voucher.

Please note that you can only download your e-voucher via Traveloka App dan Traveloka desktop website.

Getting your receipt:

• Go to My Booking.

On App:

1. Tap on your booking.
2. Tap the Send Receipt button at the bottom of the page.
3. Fill in the email address you want to send your receipt to, and then tap Send Now.

On Desktop:

1. Click Details on your booking.
2. Click Receipt.

On Mobile Website:

1. Tap on your booking.
2. Tap the Download Receipt button.
