the property is very clean and comfortable; the neighborhood is a heavy traffic area but safe; I walked around the property without any problem. It's close to the airport which avoids me traffic jams in downtown on the way to the airport.

It is a very ordinary hotel with no attention to guest requirements. We were pushed into a non-ac room without information and we had to ask for an ac room which was allotted in a very noisy section. Our rest was severely disrupted. We are not happy with the hotel at all. Don't know why the hotel is kept so dark everywhere including the rooms.

The staff were very friendly and willing to help. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and we were offered healthy choices. We arrived at 3am and the communication was excellent. We found the driver waiting for us as promised.
