I felt very safe. My room was facing a number of bars/restaurants so it got really loud at late night. The service was great though, from security, check-in to check-out. I was bitten by a mosquito which I was able to kill and sucked a lot of blood off me - they need to address this to avoid guests getting sick from mosquito bites.

I only spent one night at Fedha Residences but I was pleasantly surprised. The check-in was quick and the staff is really friendly and accommodating. I stayed in the single room, and while it is very small, it works for a short stay. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom. They also provide a kettle, tea bags and sugar, as well as a bottle of water. The compound is secure and is close to shops and restaurants.

Liked how we were welcomed. Were shown three difference room to choose one. That is where the good things ended.
The room was full of mosquitoes and had to go and get the to spray the room with mosquito spray. They did not want to give the spray to us because they told they only have one spray for the whole property. No extra blankets when requested. In all we did not have the good night sleep.
We do not think the residence is worth the money we paid; unfortunately.

Property is very spacious, great appearance, friendly staff.
I did not like them alerting me to my overbooking when I was checking in to the property, could have done so by email long before it was too late to get my refund.
Did not like them telling me at checkout that I could have had family or friends occupy the 2nd apartment.
I made a mistake in booking 2 apartments instead of one because of wording confusion, I thought Executive Room meant one room. It would have been nice if property had emailed to confirm booking details before I flew into the country
Floors were nice but a health hazard when wet, very slippery in the shower. Dining chairs are sagging and need to be replaced or reupholstered.

I had to find another apartment that was more appropriate which cost an extra $1200, money I did not have readily available.

I liked the location of the property, very central and also in a serene area. It is close to my Bank, Equity Diaspora Branch and Yaya Mall.
For the prize the twin room C4 is very tiny, no work desk or phone. It felt very tight. Basic amenities should be reviewed.The staff were accommodating. I requested them to fix the hot water and it was done promptly. There was a problem with the toilet sometimes as it appeared not flushed, there may be a plumbing issue. The bathroom door needs to be changed as it opens inside the room leaving no space to move freely. Perhaps a sliding door could fix the problem. Sometimes the towels looked warn.

The room was clean....the only issue I had was the water in the shower was not draining fast enough. Could use a larger bottle of water in the room. Also have electronic adapters for people from the USA to plug in electronics eg phone, computers.

It is not a room, but a closet. No desk. Just a bed with an attached 3/4 bath. The place is in a good location, but the micro-room was a bit much. I wish an earlier reviewer had mentioned that. The marketing on Hotels.com shows what appears to be a small room. In reality is a micro-room. There is a TV, but no one in the place could figure out how to get it to work. The wi-fi is pretty good. If you arrive late and just a place to sleep and shower for departure the next day, it is a bargain. Otherwise, skip it. You can get similar options for not much more per night.
