This is a great value resort with lovely staff right on a beautiful stretch of beach. The spa is amazing. The food is a bit hit and miss but we still dined here every night so it’s not terrible. The photos don’t really do it justice.

Wonderful general location and facilities. Nice accommodation. But the room cleaner only came once the whole time we were there. Very poor indeed.

I have travel to many beach resorts. By far this was the best place I have stayed at. What made the stay fun and enjoyable was the staff. Every employee was friendly and outgoing. The front desk was very helpful. Answered any question and was helpful. I could name people but it would be to many, everyone was great. Would love to come back one day.

We had wonderful holiday at Kendwa Rocks. Our villa was amazing and looks way better then on photos. The Full Moon Party is a great experience although I'd love to hear more international music. Beautiful beach with lots of entertainment options. Hope to be back one day! Thanks for having us.

Pros:
- Great to stay onsite for Full Moon Party and be able to nip back to room during the night
- Full moon party was fun and ticket price was included in stay
- Beach is nice with plenty of sunloungers
- nice to have regular staff service for food & drinks at sunlongers
- easy location to get a taxi to CoccoBello for another party night
Cons:
- Shower water was only lukewarm so couldn't properly enjoy a shower - asked to have it fixed and it was not done - got the impression that it couldn't be improved?
- wifi was almost useless - no wifi coverage in bedroom and again was told this was normal and it doesn't stretch to cover all rooms
- wifi very intermitted and bad even in communal areas
- room smelt musky / bad throughout
- breakfast was quite basic / limited for such a big resort and more expensive cost of stay

The property was uniquely situated on a hill which added to its beauty. However, being on a hill made for a long and not so pleasant walk to the beach. My room was also located on the 2nd floor...uggh more walking. The staff was friendly and efficient. I would like to mention Marie who worked in the restaurant...very helpful. I enjoyed the amenities and would come back. I would get a room located closer to the beach though. The Full Moon Party was a plus to my experience...Kendwa Rocks...yes it does!

A very messy hotel, the shower at the time of bathing felt the smell of urine that means that they don't do good cleaning. I had dinner included and they were charging me because it was a BBQ. The truth was nothing I expected. I understand now because it has so few valuations

It was a pleasant stay till we realized that 400$ was taken from our bags. The previous night we checked the money, the whole amount was there. After room service money was missing. We informed the reception immediately. The manager came and said he will check the camera footage that was around 5 pm. To my surprise i learned that the manager left home, when i asked the reception for updates. No updates whatsoever, felt no one was really caring about the situation. The money was carefully hidden inside the bag in 2 different places. Someone actually took the time to dig inside the bag and search for the money, and no one did anything about it. What kind of reputation and experience would the hotel gain form such behavior!!!
Even after I escalated this matter the manager Omar went home without any updates, the IT guy who is supposed to show them camera footage wasn’t there. Till the moment no one addressed me no one really cared

Do not stay here. Location perfect, amenities poor, fridge only works when you are in the room, air conditioning didn’t work, no hot water for the totally duration of my stay, and the receptionist tried to charge me $74 as tourism tax, and when I showed him that the tourism tax is only $1 a night he seemly said “oh sorry, you have already paid the tourism tax when I booked through Expedia” and he let me go. Avoid this place. Save your money for somewhere els.

Room was average for this star rating, the resort is huge, many deck chairs are broken, as well as too few, worn and torn beach towels, staff slow ... but the worst is breakfast, small selection, tasteless ingredients, no fresh juice, fruit, yogurt .... the worst breakfast I have ever seen in such big hotels

The location is good, and the beach is one of the best ever. But service is the worst, the staff is very rude, and very slow. The food is normal.
The hotel rooms stink, phone broken, safe broken, never got fixed in our 6 nights even though we complained many times. No hot water in the beginning but was fixed.
