Staff was rude . I didn’t know about the swimming pool charges she can explain be humble but she was very rude in the main desk . And also at the room the to wasn’t working and the bathroom shower was overflowing and out to and thr tiles was very very slippery I slipped of 3 times please make sure they change the bathroom tile it not safe

Nice gem In berat having the pool. No issues with loungers even though do allow outside guests to rent beds. Parking super easy especially for Albania! Staff accomodating when have issues. Some issues with cleaning with nasty stains under loo, electric radiator not working, limescale and other small things Overall lovely place and big nice size rooms.

5 star hotel , but you have to pay to pay to use the pool and our room was not turned down even though we stayed for 2 nights so had to reuse towels, etc. reception said I should of requested the service.. but at a 5 star hotel I shouldn’t have to think about this- it’s expected! The hotel is beautiful and clean and our room was amazing. Fabulous location too

Our rooms locate next to the disco cafe. The laud music stated from 8:30 PM to 1 AM. We can’t get good sleep because of the noise. The reception told us it will stop at 9:30 PM because they just want to delay us to trouble her to change us to quieter rooms. We booked 6 rooms and 3 rooms are very noisy. The reception in the morning said they can’t do anything about the noise. But, I don’t understand why they are so stubborn to put us at the noisy part where they have many other rooms facing mountains without noise vacant. Stay away from this hotel if you need good sleep.

There were two large groups that arrived while I was there. Reception was totally ill equipped to deal with the numbers and so was the kitchen. Dinner was awful and breakfast was mediocre. My room was very small and bathroom toiletries were extremely limited (I had one small container for body wash and shampoo combined). And the quality of the soap was awful for a 5-star facility. The hotel lobby and outside appearance are grand. I had high expectations.

No facilitates open, and I was never informed before my stay. The staff did not seem to care that I had children expecting to use the pool. The manager would do nothing to help until hotels.com got involved. Breakfast ok, but not 5* and a lot of the hotel could do with some love.
