A very comfortable place to stay!!

Good Hotel, new… well located, close to the airport. Friendly staff.

This hotel is quite far away from Tirana, and also the area it is situated in is quite lacking in decent restaurants which serve food. There are a lot of cafes (including one on the floor below the hotel’s rooms) but these are for coffee and beer and there is a considerable amount of smoking in them, not pleasant if you are a non smoker. I’ve never had allergies but these occurred while I stayed here, because the pollution is so bad. The hotel itself is very basic, be warned, you’ll struggle to communicate if you are an English speaker. There is no 24hrs room service or coffee in the common area which is mentioned with this hotel’s advert. The tv in the room, did not work and eventually had to be replaced, the kettle and blow drier provided by the hotel in the rooms, do not fit in the room’s sockets for plugs (which doesn’t make any sense). There was exposed wires in the ceiling of the bathroom in the room and I had to leave the light switches turned off during showers, as I did not want to risk any electrical shocks. The toilet seat left for use in the bathroom was broken. To be honest in hindsight I would have paid a bit more to be in a better area and closer to amenities. I sadly would not recommend this hotel or my Albania experience based on this trip and hotel stay.

Excellent stay. Great secure underground parking. Room was modern, clean and very comfortable with a large king size bed. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We very much appreciate the advice for the walk around the close by lake and alternative route to the airport.

Very beautiful beautiful place. Great balcony and bar!!! The staff are extremely friendly and caring let alone helpful!!! We felt like Royalty!!! The hotel provided airport transfers was great 👍 Special mention of Dennis...... kudos to him...... very very great person!!! The hotel provided every piece of information we needed about how to get around the surroundings. The rooms are super clean, very comfortable beds. Very safe and secure hotel!!!

This was good value for the money. Just a place to crash for the night. It was clean and secure. Parking was under the building and very secure. There was a Muslim call for prayers or something at about 3:30am.

We really enjoyed our stay in Hotel New York. The staff were really accommodating as were the locals in the area. Our rooms were cleaned immaculately and the location is within walking distance to many restaurants and places to get a beer. Thanks again!

Stayed for 2 nights Was close to airport and city very clean host was amazing Has a loving bar and lounge area in the hotel would definitely recommend we hired a car but did see buses

The hotel manager Dennis went out of his way to talk to us about Albanian questions we had. Spending more time with us than any other manager has.

Staff went above beyond at the hotel to help us with any questions and even ordering food one night. This is a family owned hotel and the rooms are huge. Awesome price!

Property offered airport shuttle for reasonable price Did not notice this until I asked the staff. Property was clean and reasonably priced. Will use again when in Tirana. Staff was helpful answering our many questions.

It was a good stay, they offered a shuttle from the airport for 20 Euros for the trip which was helpful because we landed at 01:00. I contacted the hotel through Whatsapp and had no issues with communication, receiving answers quite quickly when I had any. The hotels app listed breakfast available, but after I reached out the hotel noted that they weren't currently offering this. It was a little disappointing but they listed a nearby restaurant that offered food. There's also a market close by. There's not much in the way of cooking material in the room and no fridge for food storage. At the end of the day though, the price was excellent, and the room was comfortable with AC, comfortable beds and a nice bathroom/shower. There was a pile of construction going on outside along the road the hotel is on while we stayed, but it looks like a pretty major overhaul of the street that shouldn't occur again once finished. I'd recommend it if anyone was coming or going!
