Initially I had a problem with the check-in process because I hadn't entered the hotel system but the hotel management finally let us check in

1. The check in process is very long. 2 hours later entering the room. Even though we checked in past the minimum check-in time (check-in time at 3:00 p.m. but we check in at 11:00 p.m.) it should have been booked and paid for, the room was ready from 3:00 p.m. but when we arrived at 11:00 p.m. , and had been asked for money again because the hotel said it had not received payment money from an online agent. After waiting 2 more hours, we can only enter the room (1:15 a.m.). 2. There is no bathroom in the room (towel) when entering the room. The next day we asked to be promised to be given in the afternoon. But when we returned at night the towels we requested were not available. Until the second day at the hotel there were still no towels from the hotel. Very poor service for this hotel.
