Constantine Marriott Hotel

Excellent hotel and a very professional and friendly staff I highly recommend this

Rooms are clean and in good condition, and breakfast is reasonable. Staff are helpful but not terribly friendly. As a tourist to Constantine, I found the location of the hotel very inconvenient. If I were to go again, I would choose a hotel in the centre of the city.

The hotel was absolutely stunning, with a spacious and beautifully designed room. We had a fantastic stay at the Marriott, especially enjoying the swimming pool, hammam, and spa facilities. The breakfast was also excellent—fresh, varied, and delicious.

Our stay at Marriott was exceptional and beyond amazing ! We loved the spa and hammam we also were surprised by the service especially the jacuzzi, they managed to put flowers all over the floor, it was so thoughtful and cute. We loved it over all.

The hotel lobby was really nice and the reciption staff helpful and friendly, room was nice abd bed comfy, quiet had good sleep. My only problem with the room service and breakfast restaurant, the food was so bad that I couldn't eat it,after I ordered the burger on the next day they burned the bread, inducating a very poor management, I could eat in a normal restaurant with very lower price and get the best burger, breakfast was very limited , where people smoke around you and bugs everywhere, bread is so hard as a rock, they don't know how to cook eggs, this was a joke to me these people hired either he is his relatives with benefits or he can't taste the food. 5 star hotel and they dont know how to make coffee lattee, this was another joke, last day during my third night stay thier was an event and they tagged tables for those guest, i set in a table away from this ones and yet the lady who work thier she was unproffisional acting like she own the resturant and she was rude and asked me to change my table, another extremly poor managemnt, no one watching them, what will happened when you bring a monkey and put him in a place without supervision he will start making a mess.

This is more like a 2 star hotel. Nothing works, staff unhelpful and food is below average. Avoid !

A lot of smoking at different places of hotel at lobby and room and restaurant and coffee shop.

To start off, they have security at the entrance on to the property and they have security at the lobby before entering the building. Extremely friendly and understanding staff at both those points. The staff reception greeting me by my last name and had tea ready for me along with juice. Which being an advocate for tea, that was the greatest cup of tea I had. My room smelled amazing, looked amazing, and was at the perfect temp and I had one with a view. I’ve stayed in more than 100 hotels. By far this was the greatest experience I had thus far. By the way the free breakfast and dinner buffet ( that you pay for) was exceptional. You just have to stay to understand the rest of the amenities 😌

The hotel over all is great Food is very good and can be slightly imporved. 4.5/5 Lobby bar could use more TVs show sports games , could have more snacks They have a superb terrace that could be used for a shisha bar lounge. Lot of potential to harness. After long day of work there should be more entertaining possibilities.
