Very nice and friendly hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful although none that I met spoke English and only a couple spoke French. Continental breakfast was waiting for me at the table in the restaurant. Pre packaged food, but was ok. Oh, and FYI, you need to insert your room key into a slot on the wall and turn it to get the room lights to work. Look for red and green lights for location on wall.

This place was better than thought it would be. It was a decent hotel and the location wasn't bad at all. The place looks a bit dated but the room was comfortable and the place was clean. The staff was nice enough to me. No complaints.

The location is very central, and a minute walk from the skibus stop, if you come to ski it s bery convenient. Close to the public/private parking. Staff is very friendly, but most do not speak english. The room was of a good size with plenty storage space, however the complementary shower products did not include shampoo for some reason, there was not kettle in the room. Breakfast was very basic, mostly pastry /sweet cereals.

I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. However while the staff were quite friendly they spoke no English so I had to go to the tourist office to ask any questions etc which I had. Also the window in my room was absolutely tiny and left in no natural light

Perfect location. Very good price including breakfast. Nice modern rooms. The staff are generally polite but give the impression they are bored and would rather be elsewhere. Maybe they are bored in the off season which is understandable.

The rooms were small but comfortable and clean. Surrounded by restaurants and night life. Close to the Casa, which was charming and a great sum up of Andorra history. Andorra La Velle itself is otherwise pretty awful - no real historic district and a lot of mostly high end shopping and shoppers.

I decide to stay in a room based on the website pictures. But the room is smaller than the pictures. The bathroom had just a basic shower and tab.Unfortunately the WI-FI did not work in the room. The hotel staff said "only works in the lobby area". Their English was very limited. We suggest reading all the other negative feedback before considering a reservation. You will see consistent issues with this hotel. I spoke to the hotel receptionist as soon as I check the room.

The hotel is small and a little old - but the staff is very friendly and the location right in the middle of town is very convenient - parking is a problem - there are city lots close by but they tend to be expensive (Close to 20 euros overnight). The breakfast in the morning was fine - a croissant and coffee. over all good value for the money.

Lovely family run basic hotel in the heart of Andorra La Vella. Location really good and planty of shops nearby. Not a lot of local places to eat but we found a really good restaurant locally "Restaurant El Pebrot" with a fantastic menu and so for this we'd stay at this hotel again

Notre chambre sans fenêtre et sans climatisation est vivement déconseillé à tout claustrophobe ! Il y faisait donc vraiment très chaud et Insonorisation inexistante Nous avons donc vraiment très mal dormi Tout cela est très dommage pour un établissement bien situé avec un accueil agréable
