We have been to Andorra 🇦🇩 several times before, and we are always happy to visit this amazing country . This time, we stayed in the Magic Hotel for the first time . Just love it !! They are very good and have a very professional staff, helpful and always willing to support !! The hotel is just well located, and the rooms are clean enough, especially breakfast-guys, you never ever find a better breakfast than this one!! Thank you so much to all the staff and hotel management!! We do appreciate your hospitality and will be back soon . Definitely recommend it to everyone !!

I received a parking ticket while checking in. You need to communicate with the police and have them warn people before issuing a ticket. Bad for tourism.

Hotel advertised parking, but they only have 25 spaces, parking available is underground car park across a busy road, and there is no where to stop outside the property to unload bags

Hotel algo anticuado (necesita una actualización) pero que se ve compensado por la excelente atención del personal, limpieza y ubicación inmejorable, a un paso de la mejor zona comercial de Andorra.
El buffet es poco variado pero la comida es bastante buena. Recomendable.

Frukosten var ojämn och otydligt vad kocken kunde erbjuda.
Vatten och kapslar till den lilla kaffebryggaren på rummet fylldes inte på någon gång under våra 5 dagar.

Central location. Hotel with many rooms with windows with a view to a wall of neighbouring parking building (car runs in front of you even if you are on the 4th floor. Very bad experience due to the room. Hotel needs renovation. And breakfast was not tasty.

I really enjoyed my 4 night stay. The location was perfect (overlooking the Dali sculpture) - central to both the historic centre of Andorra La Vella and Avenida Carlemany, it was within walking distance of everything I wanted to see and do. Abut a 10 min walk to the main bus station. Lots of restaurants near by. The building itself is a little dated, but this in no way impacted my stay.

We got a room with window with a view to a wall of neighbouring building (see attached photos). Worst experience ever. All the pictures in the internet are only with the mountains or fountain view. Hotel needs renovation. And breakfast was not tasty

The stay was very pleasant until about 8 or 9 am. Then there was a lot of banging and slamming doors as the cleaning staff came to clean. I'm a night owl so didn't appreciate being wakened.
