Everything was great. The place was very clean, quiet area, pool was good. Nearby to supermarkets, restaurants and the Waterpark for those of you that have children and would like to visit there but not stay by that resort. Parking is close to the building which I love. There is also a surveillance camera for safety purposes.10 out of 10 must visit!

Entire apartment was very clean. Complimentary bottled water in fridge. Smoke towels, king size bed. Decor impeccable. Color coordinated. Grounds maintained and pool clean. Corridor is huge and leads to other Two floors. Mary greeted me at the door. Very professional and kind. If you don’t have a car there is a restaurant called: ETHNIC LOUNGE; about 10 minute walk and across street is a gym and adjacent is a massage spa. Royal Palm Hotel is 10 minute drive from Anguilla Port. I have a wonderful one night stay and slept peacefully.

A simple and spacious apartment with good amenities - conveniently located and close to everything. The tv we couldn't get any cable - only streaming services which were not available. The entry road is a bit rough but parking was ok. Suggesting to make this a non-smoking building - another guest was smoking weed and that was very unpleasant for us. Otherwise quiet location and would be good for families too.

There was only 1 sharp knife in the kitchen and 1 wine glass. Kitchen needs to be better equipped for potentially 4 people. Everything was clean. Staff was minimal but sufficient. Bed comfortable. Parking easy. We were not able to get TV to work despite directions provided. Mary was able to address any concerns we had including she had no record of our reservation.

Mary is an amazing hostess. The rooms are spacious, very clean and fully equipped kitchen. You could probably get away with using taxis from this location but I would not recommend it. Renting a car is your best bet from this location. There is plenty of parking. We did not use the pool as we were visiting all the beaches and restaurants Anguilla has to offer. Whenever we visit Anguilla we will be staying here. We were lucky to get the top floor and a great view. You really cannot ask for anything better for the price.

The Royal Palms was perfect. We stayed for 8 nights and had zero complaints. The apt was incredibly spacious, with a balcony where we enjoyed our coffee and breakfast every morning.
The bedrooms were huge, clean, and had plenty of storage for our clothes. The kitchen was fully functional—although we are out most dinners. They provided both beach towels and bathroom towels. Mary was always in communication if we needed anything and extremely responsive. All in all a perfect stay! We will definitely be back.

Not sure how this place has such a high rating. The owners are friendly but it is in the middle of nowhere. The only thing next to it is a dilapidated building in a field with a loud dog behind a fence. Each room is like an apartment with a kitchen and a bedroom, but then there are also a few mystery locked doors you cannot open.
When we arrived no one was around. We had to call the owners and they said we can just go to our room. However they never told us our room number to begin with.
The hair dryer had a burning smell when using it because no one has ever cleaned out the lint. The wifi is extremely weak, to the point that when you’re in the bedroom you get no signal because the router is in the kitchen.
Overall I recommend you pay a bit extra and stay somewhere closer to the beach.

It might look like off the beaten path (which is par for the course for Anguilla, for those who have been around), but it is quite a gem. It was an unexpected pleasure to be in a simple, serene and quiet place (in fairness, it was after the carnival season), and we enjoyed our morning coffees in this state. The place was spacious and clean and turndown services and other additional asks can be requested.
The location is near the center of the island which made it a convenient base for us to reach the beaches, dining options, supermarkets and what have you.
As a bonus, property manager Mary is one of the most helpful people in the service industry as we have met, and she made our stay much exceptional than we could have expected.
Royal Palms is recommended for travelers who may be working on a limited budget yet would rather prefer the peace and quiet of what an island gives without sacrificing modern amenities.
