Amazing stay, specious room and perfect sea view. Highly recommended.

Being a regular Rixos customer, this particular hotel is poorly managed for multiple reasons: 1. Availability of Golf Carts, even though there are many Golf Carts around "For Manager(s) Use" which is rediculous 2. Suite location should be considerably closer or this should be clearly mentioned 3. Differentiation between All Inclusive clients and others should be taken into consideration provided All Inclusive is technically paying double if not triple, accordingly the service should be considered 4. Having a cancelled flight, caused the check-in to be delayed by 1 day, yet the Hotel didn't bother to allow an extended night to cover the missed day nor a refund for the 1st night, which is pretty much a cheap and disrespectful action by the hotel given the amount being paid per night. 5. Have booked an Airport pick-up, which never showed up, and when i called the Hotel upon arrival the Customer Service agent was pretty much rude and questioning, which should not be the case for a 5* Hotel 6. The Key Card was stopped before checking out, even though I had an approval on a Late Checkout

The beach, water and views were amazing. Breakfast was outstanting. Staff were very curteous. Our room attendat Ahmed Zakaria was very pleasant and always kept our room clean with all towels, supplies.and drinks topped up. Our experience was overall positive and we highly recommend this hotal.

Beautifully designed resort we liked everything from the room design and furniture to the turquoise water beach. The breakfast buffet was very good at both Turkuaz restaurant and veranda restaurant big variety with high-quality items, Staff were amazingly helpful. We are coming back 😊😊

Great value

I paid extra for all inclusive bracelets but got ignored and treated poorly by the serving staff , I brought this to the management’s attention but that didn’t help, I had to wave $ bills at waiters to get poorly made drinks , what a shame

Staff are good in general but the reception staff when arrive were not as per expectations they were offering me different rooms other than what I booked and I refused at the end I have taken rooms not bad but I think was not as I reserved

The service is not like America. They don’t make mixed drinks well and they don’t have enough serves by the pool or beach. Even in the restaurants it takes up a very long time to get water in your cup. The property is beautiful. The ocean amazing. The buffet is great. They need to work on service and drinks

They don’t over service on the pool or the beach, you have to go order at the restaurant and the waiter out of his kind heart is willing to bring your order to you. Snack bar has only 4 items and the food is already made and sitting on the counter with the flies roaming around it till you order and you get it with a side of food poisoning. Valet broke the tail light and management looked into it but adamantly denied responsibility. The staff is really trying to do their best but the management processes is so poor. The hotel has over 1300 rooms and limited amenities to accommodate the potential number of guests. Breakfast time is so busy like an airport the staff tried to sway me to skip breakfast and enjoy the pastries placed on a table in the lobby. Worst ever experience in Egypt and north coast. Room service was very slow and brought the wrong to the wrong room. Good didn’t taste good which is very strange for a Turkish man agent company. House keeping staff is great very helpful and very responsive. Abdo was our housekeeper he left the room well organized and spotless always stocked water and towels it was the best thing be greeting with his smiling friendly attitude. Front desk was also very helpful and extremely friendly. They too my concerns and comments and relayed them to management.

We recently stayed at Rixos Premium Alamein as a family of three and had a truly enjoyable and memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and professional. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained — just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. We dined at the Italian, Seafood, and Mangal. Each had its own charm and high standard of food, but we particularly appreciated the hospitality at Mangal, where Menna M. and Ahmed Sh. stood out with their helpfulness and warm welcome. Their attentiveness added a lot to our dining experience. At the front desk, Maryam Saif was especially helpful, always available with a smile and quick to assist with any queries we had. I would also like to extend a special thank you to Amr Mustafa, who stepped in with great professionalism to help resolve a misunderstanding we had with one of the golf cart drivers. His follow-up and continued offer of assistance throughout our stay were both thoughtful and appreciated — a true reflection of excellent guest service. The beach was a highlight for us — stunningly blue, exceptionally clean, and very pleasant to spend time by. The whole ambiance of the resort was serene and luxurious, perfect for a family escape. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would definitely return. Rixos Premium Alamein delivered on comfort, hospitality, and memorable moments. We recommend it!
