O hotel é bom, porém no primeiro dia tivemos que ficar num prédio muito ruim, com as janelas quebradas. No dia seguinte, em contato na recepção, efetuarem a troca para o prédio principal, que no caso seria da reserva. Nesse a estadia foi muito boa!

Complejo bastante agradable, ideal para desconectarse y disfrutar en familia. El lugar es tranquilo y seguro. Además posee buenos dormitorios. El único punto negativo encontré yo que fue el desayuno, ya que a pesar de que había poca variedad no había agua caliente a libre disposición, había que hervir si se acababa del dispensador. En general bien.

Nosotros reservamos en hoteles.com en Complejo Base 41 y al llegar nos enteramos que en realidad era en unos apartamentos que le llaman Las Rocas que no es lo mismo que el hotel Complejo Base 41. Aclaró que mis comentarios son acerca de Las Rocas. A estos apartamentos más que mantenimiento les falta una remodelación o renovación. Están muy viejos y las instalaciones malas. Camas viejas, baños viejos, la calefacción no sirve no es suficiente. Las rocas los separa del hotel una calle enlodada que se congela y la hace riesgosa. Mi hija se cayó y lastimó la espalda. Los caminos del hotel se congelan y es muy resbaloso y riesgoso. La puerta compartida de entrada al complejo se desprogramó 2 veces y no te dejan entrar por la puerta principal del hotel aunque las rocas sea parte de su complejo. En fin una decepción total. Cuando reserven aseguren de contactar al hotel y que les confirmen si es el hotel o un apart-hotel o que es para evitar. Desconozco las condiciones del hotel.
