The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Pet deposit: ARS 1000 per stay
• Pet fee: ARS 500 per pet, per stay
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Late check-out is available for a fee (subject to availability, amount varies)

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• The 21% national VAT (value-added tax) is not included in the price, and may be charged at the property upon check-out for all residents of Argentina. Travelers on a tourist visa are exempt from this tax. To qualify for a tax exemption, tourists must present a valid passport and pay for the services rendered with a non-Argentine credit card or via bank transfer from another country. This tax exemption does not apply for stays over 90 days. In the case of cancelled bookings, the cancellation penalties paid by the traveler will also be subject to the national VAT (21%).

If you arrive at the property after hours, you'll need to check in at an alternate location: HOTEL VILLA SOL - AV DOS VENADOS 753To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 8:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and key retrieval information. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival.
