This is the fourth time I stay at this property. It's not fancy but it's clean, offers free breakfast, is close to shopping and dining, and has the friendliest staff.

Not a fancy place but it's clean, breakfast is good, and staff is friendly. Having a safe in our room was great to keep passports secure. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants an affordable hotel close to the main attractions Buenos Aires offers.

I spent only one night in this hotel. It is an old buiding with two elevators, which one of them only worked. My room needed an urgent upgrade. It was cold and the heat did not work. On the other hand, staff was nice, Internet fast and that’s it.

Clean. Friendly staff. 24/7 front desk staff keeps the glass front door locked but they open it right away after ringing the bell. Safe box in room was also a nice feature. Less than a minute walking to Florida street which has plenty of dining and shopping options. Will return to this hotel again.

Stayed for only one night, but I have to say the staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful. The room it self was good for me because I just needed bed, ac, and bathroom. It was just a little noisy because you can hear the other guest on the same floor entering and exiting from their rooms. The hotel has the basic necessities but some of it can be dated, however it is still good place to stay.

We enjoyed staying here for 2 weeks. Although the property is old and the rooms do not seem to have been updated, the staff gets an A for professionalism. We felt very safe, as the front desk kept a close eye on the door. The rooms were cleaned as soon as we requested. Also, to our delight, the beds were the most comfortable. We slept great every night. Breakfast was ready, plenty, and acceptable. We would stay here again.

I thought it was great value for money. The staff including cleaning were very kind and helpful. When I was checking out, one if the cleaning staff rushed down from 13th floor to give me something I had left behind which I really appreciated. The room was basic but adequate and there was a nice view out of window. The only negative thing was the Wi-FI and maybe if there was an english news channel on TV. I would really recommend staying in hotel, warm, friendly and great value for money (including breakfast). Staff especially very helpful and also was able to store bags for 5 hours after checkout and hotel had arranged taxi for airport.

Great location. Breakfast was nice. I liked having water available in the fridge. Check in went poorly. The gentleman at the front desk had not a word of English and I have very basic Spanish. I could not understand what he was trying to ask and he was asking for a lot of info. This should have and could have easily been done with an on-line check-in option. At least have a little spanish/english chart employees can point to for the basic info needed. I had just lost my wallet in my taxi to the hotel and the man at the desk was of absolutely no help and not even sympathetic.

A good budget hotel in a desirable location. Room was basic and breakfast was simple. The internet Wi-Fi was wanting at times.

Good budget hotel. Can’t beat the price. Breakfast simple as are rooms. Staff is friendly and helpful. Internet wanting in rooms and better in common area near lobby. The only other issue I had was it was noisy at times. Any noise in the hallway easily heard in room. Location is close enough to walk anywhere within Microcenter of BA and many buses run right by hotel. If you are taking Tienda Leon bus it is an easy ten minute walk. The ferry to Colonia is four blocks away. I would stay there again.

El hotel esta muy bien situado/ lo elegí al leer las recomendaciones que tenía pero no se si las reseñas son muy antiguas ya que la realidad es otra. Para empezar edta en medio de dos edificios que están remodelando asi que el ruido empieza a las 8 de la mañana, aunque no es culp del hotel, si deberían hacerlo saber al público. El área del lobby esta bonita y nueva, gran decepción al subir a las habitaciones! Como dice acá le hace falta una renovación pero yo agregaría URGENTE! Ya el hotel dio lo que teni que dar y se nota que no han hecho mejoras desde que lo inauguraron. Las sábanas tienen hoyos, los accesorios fr los baños están oxidados. Las fotos aparentan habitaciones mas amplias, siendo otra la realidad pues son demasiado estrechas. Mi baño tenia un lavamanos que goteaba todo el día. La alfombra ya demasiado vieja, aunque la limpien ya no da más. El desayuno es básico. El olor en si del hotel es a viejo. Hay personal amable otros no tanto y luego un señor ya mayor que mejor debiera ser ubicado en otro puesto pues el servicio al cliente simplemente no se le da. Cualquier respuesta era no se puede/no hay/necesitábamos sencillo para un billete de 500 pesos para pagar el taxi y sin siquiera hacer el intento nos dice no hay no hay! Como nuestro vuelo salía a la 1 am decidimos pgar una noche adicional para tener donde esperar cómodamente. La noche anterior llame para pedir la extensión de la estadía y me dijo que no que hasta al día siguiente con el otro turno

The hotel is excellently located in central BA. Close to main sites and to the BuqueBus terminal. reception was friendly and efficient. The rooms are a bit dated but everything worked although there was a shortage of power sockets. Wifi was OK. Breakfast was pretty limited and very busy when I was there. Overall, OK but not exceptional.
