Variety of options in breakfast and spacious room

The neighbourhood is wonderful, with good eating choices, grocery stores, a beer bar, all within a block. Easy access to the metro stop, etc. Could not be a better location. A bit noisy due to traffic, barking dog, etc. but nothing surprising for a downtown location.

I would like to make special mention of the staff - caring and extremely helpfu. I had an early flight and they made sure I had coffee and pastries in lieu of the breakfast I was going to miss.

Hotel is very convenient to shops and restaurants in a very private area of Buenos Aires. The design is very attractive. Unfortunately, quite a bit of the property needs repair. Mini split leaking on wood floor. Horrible smoke smell in my mother's room that I made staff aware of from previous guest. They were unaffected and didn't address. Mildew all over shower. Needs a good cleaning. Shower is extremely slippery. Great for the neighborhood but expect substantial wear in comparison to images on Google.

We spotted some black mould around the aircon and on ceiling, so asked to be moved. The staff moved us quickly and we were happy with our new room.

This space was great. Easy and aesthetically pleasing. Good location to walk and experience the city. Good dining options nearby.

Given this property was recommended amongst "boutique hotels" for Buenos Aires,I think this hotel is rather basic. The rooms and features of the hotel are nicely done, but that's about it. - breakfast is nice/ decent and the staff in the restaurant are super friendly. - the receptionists act merely as door openers/ button pushers. The check in was functional, but pleasantries were kept to a minimum. The one night I had asked for help with changing a restaurant booking, I got a big sigh followed by "it won't be that easy" (which it turned out it was). I don't need a red carpet, but let's put it this way: it was easier and more pleasant NOT to interact with the reception staff than getting anything helpful out of them. The hotel was heavily reduced due to the construction site next door, which i think makes the price fair and overall a good value for money. However, any price increase would need to be aligned with the retraining of the entire reception staff (it's otherwise 3 star at it's best, despite the made to look good decor)

On arrival the lift failed and we were left in reception for nearly three quarters of an hour on a hot evening without knowing when we would gain access to our room. Receptionist alone and called lift man but left waiting with bags. Room lovely. Nicely decorated and equipped. Super coffee bag.Bathroom needed new loo seat. Fabulous breakfast with fruit salad and yoghurt as well as cooked and bakery range. Kind receptionist allowed us to leave our bags on day of departure!

Beds were comfortable. Staff was responsive. Property needs maintenance and an Upgrade.

Bring your ear plugs. Yes, there was construction in the hotel while we're there but even absent that construction. The room was very noisy from outside traffic, cars, people, music, etc. They really should think about offering ear plugs to all of the people who stay.

Great location close to restaurants bars and shops. Staff was amazing always willing to help, book tours, and giving advice.
