Un hotel completamente remodelado, con aire acondicionado en la habitación, también nuevo y silencioso, limpieza en general buena. Atención del personal amable. El único pero, es que no cuenta con estacionamiento propio, pero tienen convenio con otro lugar, No lo use debido a que me estacionaba al frente( había que tener suerte para encontrar) pero está céntrico y en un lugar seguro el hotel.

I stayed here for a surprisingly 5 nights. The room was extremely dirty as days went by and house cleaning wasnt cleaning anything. Hair and a dirty floor remained as it was for the 4 days until I told them to sweep the floor.

O hotel é bom em relação a custo benefício, o café da manhã é bem fraco e demora muito para repor o que acaba, a limpeza do quarto é mediana, pois não limpam o chão, o banheiro não tem box, só metade, tipo uma parede e molha tudo!

Havia um par de chinelos esquecido embaixo da cama, ou seja, o quarto não havia sido higienizado adequadamente. As camas eram confortáveis e limpas. Estacionamento era muito distante do hotel.

Modern hotel and conveniently located. The stay would have been more accommodating if there were ice available in the hotel as well as, coffee/tea pot, refrigerator in the room.

Hotel was a great stay before and after our Aconcuaga climbing expedition. I would stay here again. My only complaint was lack of toilet paper and towels and washcloths in our room but, that was easily resolved by a trip to the front desk. Great location, very walkable!

Cuando llegué me dijeron que había un daño en mi piso y no tenía agua, por lo que me enviarían al hotel de al frente (que parece de los mismos dueños). Me dijero que el hotel era de la misma categoría y mi habitación sería de lujo. Pero la verdad es que el hotel está viejoy no se parece en nada al que reservé, incluso el hotel al que me enviaron tiene una calificación más baja y es más barato. Pedí refund de tarifa y no me la dieron. Tuve que quejarme dos veces para que me dieran habitación en el hotel que sí reservé.
Revisando los reviews vi que a otrps huéspedes les pasó lo mismo. El Hotel M está bueno pero no dejen que los hospeden en el de el frente, es muy regular.

Na chegada fomos surpreendidos, sem aviso prévio, que não havia disponibilidade e seríamos realocados em outro hotel em frente de qualidade bem inferior. Tivemos que ficar hospedados uma noite nesse outro hotel e só fomos realocados de volta ao Hotel M após muita discussão com o encarregado. Não fomos reembolsados com o valor da diferença da reserva dessa noite.
O Hotel M deixou muito a desejar na questão da limpeza do quarto. As toalhas são muito velhas e encardidas. O café da manhã também é muito fraco.
