Great spot, great place

The stay was excellent, the property was clean, cool for the hot days, very good stay, quiet, in the Center and easy to get where you need to go. Very enjoyable. Communications with management was great, quick, courteous and professional… will stay here again.

No reception in building, no one to oriented us on where to go etc, the stove never worked we called them , gave us instruction but no show. The room ceiling had dry water spot, mold, the shower slippery for older people no handles, we had to find the personal to change towers, but we manager in our own pretty good , the wi-fi only work in the room

The whole stay was amazing. Great location, seamless check in and instructions and amazing contact.

The property was ideal for us, conveniently located near shops and dining options. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. While there was some noise at night from the traffic outside, everything else was fantastic.

The Apartment was excellent, the bed was not so good and gave me some poor nights sleeping. We never received a hand basin plug although we requested one on the first night due to there not being one there. We requested help with the safe but nobody came and the same with the Tv promises were made but never happened.However we still loved the apartment and these were minor details we would still 100% stay there again. ( i miss it as i am writing this)

I got stuck out of our room for almost an hour because the keypad was glitching. There was no one onsite to fix the problem and the manager didn’t know what to do so almost an hour later he changed the 8 pin passcode to a 4 pin one and it finally worked. The bed was rock hard and uncomfortable (worse than an ikea bed) and the sofa was harder. They had an oven and pots and pans but no knives and cutting board. They had a kettle but no tea or coffee. No microwave. The washroom had barely any light. Overall the only thing we liked about the apartment was that it was close to all the shops and restaurants.

We loved the place itself it had a nice design. It was perfect for two, and could have accommodated one more adult. It was clean and the staff was very helpful and communicative, they really cared about how we were enjoying our stay and willing to help at any given notice. The location was quite convenient and close to many shops, restaurant, and grocery stores. The only thing we would mention about the place was that the bed could have been a bit more comfortable. Other than that we would stay here again.

To be as subjective as I can, the issue I experienced may be a one off, however I was not pleased. This is a "staff-less" hotel. There is no front desk. Instead you are "supposed" to receive check in information in advance including a QR code to access the building as well as a PIN code to enter your room. No problem if this works. In my case the hotel did not contact me in advance. I ended up waiting outside the hotel for over 1 hour. I made contact with a number I found online, but I received no response. Eventually after a long time waiting I found someone to speak to and they admitted I had been marked as a "no-show" despite it being only 4pm on the day of arrival. Hence, they didn't send me any check-in information until long after check in time. They were apologetic but when asked why their "emergency contact" number is not responding, her response was that it was the wrong number and I shouldn't have contacted them, despite this being the number provided on their website. I don't know if this building is new and maybe they are finding their way and experiencing teething issues, but if the concept of "staff-less" hotels are increasing in popularity, they need to work with basic communication. The property itself is modern. However, road noise was a big issue. There is no noise insulation in the windows. Bring ear plugs!

El Apto muy lindo, moderno, con balcon con vista- Solo mejoraria la cama y las almohadas que son extremadamente duras y realmente no permiten dormir bien- Sumaria tener informacion o foto de los tomas de corriente xq no pudimos cargar celulares

Muito boa, alguns itens podem ser acrescentados para ficar melhor, como itens de cozinha e um aumento do box do banheiro

Aunque muy buena la comunicación la limpieza muy por encima después de tres días de estancia No tiene puerta de habitación para separarla El wifi muy malo intermitente Contactos no sirven No hay pañuelos faciales Agua solo el primer día Su ubicación es muy buena y solo por eso le daría el punto no antes de buscar opciones

Cool place in Palermo. Smart check-in. Nice pool. Cleaning a little sloppy, bed not to good.

El apto es bonito, bien diseñado, moderno, y cuenta con todas las comodidades para la estadia, ademas de estar en Palermo y cerca caminando de lugares de entretenimiento y co.ida

Estadia incrível, localização perfeita, muito próxima de vários restaurantes famosos, acesso a mercado, pizzaria e sushi logo abaixo do prédio, e, um café incrível que recomendamos a todos!!

Un trato muy agradable y buenas instalaciones

Ótimo apto com tudo que precisávamos para passar nossos dias de férias, além de ótima localização com vários locais para ir a pé por perto e avenida cheia de transportes públicos. Ameiii
