The property was very nice and convenient. The staff was very accommodating. The room had a faulty safe and the thermostat regulating room temperature was not functioning but the room was exceptionally quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good and had many options.

A branded hotel in a good location. The soft product is close to the level you expect from the nH chain. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the hard product. The junior room on the 2nd floor is spacious but a dark cave with poor lighting, the bathroom is even darker. The absence of any socket by the bed only adds to the outdatedness of the hotel. Bed/mattress comfortable, breakfast also quite OK (poorer quality selection of savoury pastries, plenty of cake).

I would rate this hotel as poor, primarily due to the staff’s lack of responsiveness to issues. Half of the overhead lights in my room didn’t work, making it difficult to see unless the drapes were open. I reported this to the front desk, but it was never addressed. The property also shows significant signs of neglect. For example, when I sat on the bench by the bed to put on my shoes, a leg snapped off, and I fell to the floor. Fortunately, I wasn’t injured, but the front desk seemed indifferent when I reported it. Additionally, the floorboards were uneven and unstable, creating a tripping hazard.
The room itself was large but poorly designed, with no outlets near the bed—an inconvenience that required me to charge my phone 10 feet away. The bathroom layout was also awkward.
On the positive side, the location was safe and convenient, and the breakfast was decent. The croissants, in particular, were excellent—I think I ate six each day! However, the negatives far outweighed the positives, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We’ve had some unpleasant experiences in the past, and this happens, but the staff was insensitive to our requests

Great central location. Spacious rooms, but broken AC. Asked to have it repaired (late one night- they said can’t be done now). Asked the second day, still not working. Returned the 3rd day to a different temperature but still not cool.
