This is an exceptional hotel, I highly recommend the Recoleta Grand and would book again if I was to come back to BA! It’s in a great spot which is super easy to use as a base for exploring the city. The room/amenities were fresh and luxurious, we asked for a later check out which was accommodated without issue. Breakfast was impressive with great variety and inclusions. The service here is particularly wonderful. The staff every morning at breakfast were super attentive and pleasant. A particular shout-out to Hugo who made an awesome first impression when we arrived and gave us such a friendly and warm welcome to the hotel and our room, helping with our bags and all sorts of questions. Last and not least, we found this to be awesome value for money. The hotel is new and it seems that they will open more eating and drinking venues in the building imminently which will make it even better. Highly recommend.

We stayed seven nights at this centrally-located Buenos Aries hotel. The room was very comfortable, very clean, with an excellent bed, great shower, and well-stocked with amenities. The staff was amazingly friendly, helpful, accomodating, and warm. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great five star hotel in Ricoleta, Buenos Aries!

I didn't like the ridiculous price for the minibar snacks, some were kept outside making you believe its complimentary, room service ladies replace daily snacks which is outside, despite not using anything from the fridge the minibar, the pack of nuts mix kept outside drawn huge ridiculous bill for 5 days, which I did not like, leading us to believe it is complimentary and then slapping you with hefty bill, they should have been more upfront.

Nice hotel, nice staff, let us check in early for no additional fee, everyone very friendly. Breakfast can be better, very limited choices, scrambled egg not eatable.

Nice room in a good area for pre-cruise stay. I booked tours through Expedia with hotel pick-up, everything went great. Nice lobby, efficient checkin, and door staff. Impressed with the room size and amenities. I explored the area a bit during the day and felt safe. Walked to the cemetery and back with no issues - solo traveller.
