A Hidden Gem in Yerevan – Highly Recommended! We stayed at the Dave Hotel for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. Our plans changed at the last minute, and we stumbled upon this hotel by chance after reading great reviews—and we’re so glad we did! It was our first time in Yerevan, and although the hotel seems far from the city center on the map, it’s actually very convenient. You can reach the center in just 5 minutes by taxi (around $3) or two quick stops on the metro. The metro station is only a short walk away, and it's clean and safe to use. In fact, being slightly outside the hustle and bustle of the center turned out to be a huge plus: it was quieter, had less traffic, and the air was noticeably fresher. The staff truly made our stay exceptional. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and kind. Breakfasts were delicious, and we also had dinner at the hotel a couple of times. I highly recommend trying the Khashlama—it was the best we had during our entire trip in Armenia. We loved everything about our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return!

We went here for Valentine's Day it was the perfect location with the perfect price. We brought our little dog too and was no problem. This place has high end finishings in the room, high ceilings and very nice underground pool which was awesome because it snowed. Can't recommend enough.

The hotel is really nice. The front desk clerk was extremely friendly and even upgraded us to a larger, more comfortable room. The bedding was of excellent quality - very clean and soft. Breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options. One of the highlights of the hotel is definitely the indoor pool and sauna. The only small downsides is that the hotel is located about 1,5 kilometers from the city center, but the front deck clerk can easily arrange a taxi, and the ride costs only around 3$ each way. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

The room is nice and comfy. Breakfast was tasty and plenty of choices. The downside are the 2 female receptionist. We asked one of them for tourist info about the city. She asked us to google because she don’t know anything. And the other one we asked for towel which was forgot to provide after room cleaning but It never came. We called front desk again after one hour. the male receptionist came up immediately with the towel to the room.

This hotel is amazing and definitely one of the best in Armenia. We stayed here for nearly two weeks in July, 2024 during our most recent of many visits to Armenia. Everything about our experience was perfect. The rooms, service, staff, food, cleanliness, everything was 5-star and outstanding. I strongly recommend anyone stay here, and I am sure we will stay here again when we next visit Armenia.

Great place to stay. The staff was very accomadating. I am an American and had no cell service except for the wifi in the hotel. The staff was able to get me a taxi anywhere i needed to go and made sure i knew how much it was going to cost so i didn’t get scammed like getting a cab from the airport to the hotel that cost me 40,000 fram.

Bodde på Dave hotell under en weekend, kom till Hotellet väldigt tidigt på morgonen. Frågade om jag kunde få en tidigare incheckning. Det var inte något problem få gå och vila och fick starta dagen med en bra hotell frukost som var bra sov mycket bra i den nya sköna sängen. Badrummet var i nyskick och i botten våningen finns en pool om man vill simma.
