Aruba Lagunita

Our stay was pleasant. The apartment resort was clean and beautiful. Our party stayed in one of the smaller apartments. The small kitchen area had a smaller sized refrigerator. As we hoped to use it for our beverages and food for the week stay it did cause us to be creative in holding our food and drinks. Another area we needed to find ways to work was not having many places to unpack our items. The bathroom did provide shelving but no dressers were available and only 3 hangers that shared a small shelving area that housed a safe making hanging any clothes difficult. Other suggestions I would add for easier stay would be, more hooks to hang and store items needed to dry other than the outside ladder and more lighting in the bathroom to make getting ready (especially makeup) brighter. During the our stay we did have to follow up a second time with staff to restock a few items we needed but not a big deal. The property is more of a quiet area, well kept and not far from anything including the beach area, stores, restaurants and casinos. Overall, we would recommend this property to others, just be sure to request another apartment for more space throughout your stay. Appreciated the friendliness of the staff and meeting other wonderful people during our visit, also.

I was expecting some feedback after reporting a cockroach and moth problem in my overnight stay. It’s unfortunate because the place has potential. Would like to know management cared to address the problem.

Aruba Lagunita was perfect for our first time in Aruba, excellent room accommodations and amenities. The area is central to many excursion trips and close walk to Palm Beach and close to our favorite beach Eagle beach. Communication was excellent and quick to respond. Very pleasant atmosphere and relaxing. While our stay we got a relaxing massage that was a plus to our stay! ☺️. We plan to stay at Aruba Lagunita when we return.

Good stay, has everything you need for a good price if you want to avoid spending arm and leg at the Marriott across the street and if you don’t mind the 5 min walk. My brother was getting married at the Marriott so i mostly used their facilities and was surprised that no one asked or cared if i was staying there or not but that said Lagunita’s pool and facilities are nice and quaint and the room is nice and clean.

If you are looking for a warm, welcoming alternative to the island's mega resorts, Aruba Lagunita is the perfect choice. Its central location made it easy to explore the island while still feeling like we had our own private retreat to return to at the end of each day. From the moment we arrived, the attentive onsite team made us feel at home. Special thanks to Joel whose excellent customer service went above and beyond. Every interaction was friendly, helpful, and genuine. The roomy, modern suites were spotless and thoughtfully designed, making the stay feel more like a personal vacation home than a hotel. Around the property, you will find charming touches in the grounds and common areas that show how much care goes into creating a relaxing environment for guests. We left already talking about when we would return. Aruba Lagunita is a true hidden treasure on the island, cozy, comfortable, and full of heart.

I would stay at this property again and again , one of the cleanest places I have ever been to. The location is key the owner was so nice so accommodating ! I cannot wait to book a trip for next year and I will book with Aruba LaQuinita as I said this will be my main stay whenever I come to Aruba , onsite message too!! It was amazing experience!!! I give it ********* 10 stars

This place is great value for money - especially if you don't want to stay in one of the big/loud hotels. It's an easy enough walk (through a marsh/nature reserve area) to get to lots of restaurants/beach/etc. The room itself was spacious and clean. The communication with the staff was excellent. Next time, in general for Aruba, I would probably rent a car - and this hotel has free parking. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

We had an amazing stay at Aruba Laqunita it was above and beyond what we expected. Andrea greeted us as we arrive and gave us a tour of the grounds which were so beautiful, and he insured us that we were safe. Everyone was very hospitable and kind. Even (Lion) Lyino the Cat came to visit and was beyond sweet. (We did not feed the Fat Cat although he knew where the refrigerator was and tried to get us to open it...lol) We are planning to stay again and recommended this as by far the best place to stay on the island convenient to everything.

Loved the stylish and boutique feel of the accommodation and the convenience of the kitchen. The owner did an amazing job designing the public area (pool, hot tub and BBQ area) The area was secure with an access code. Also loved the resident cat, very sweet and friendly. The only downside was car parking, I had to park halfway on the sidewalk and road. Luckily it was on a non busy road.

The property was very clean and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. We loved everything, the only small down part was no ventilation in the bathroom, which was hard to keep cloths and towels dry, but still highly recommend.

Excellent place to stay, clean, affordable and spacious. Joel and Andrea the owner were very kind and helpful. We'll definitely be back and also recommend it to friends and family.

Great base for all that Aruba has to offer. Walk everywhere, ten minutes to market for supplies and ten minutes to the beautiful beaches. Staff at property all day for any needs you may have.

Great staff especially Joel, very accommodating… better to look for the staff than text them… You just have to walk, not far, to get to the main area in hot weather, keep that in mind. If you want to cut time in half you have to cross a field better to follow the paths. Safe everywhere no matter the time of day, careful crossing, no street lights… pleasant property, quiet, nice pool and lodging areas. Beautiful island, recommend going and staying here especially adults.

Kind ownership and staff.

This is a gem and if you have the opportunity you better run not walk! I was alone and felt so safe. The property is luxurious and clean. The only issue was I asked for late check out and nobody responded. I really needed an answer because my flight delayed.

Found 2 water bugs in the bathroom, my daughter was terrified. I had to book a hotel room for my second night. I am still in waiting for my refund for the second nighte

Loved this little casita hideaway. The room was bigger than expected and decorated well with a nice vibe. The shower was awesome and the room had a full kitchen. Joel, who welcomed me at the property did a great job explaining the property and everything around the place. My only recommendation to those who choose this place is I suggest getting a car. You're really too far to walk to anything beyond the Marriott area. Also, when it get's dark, you really can't walk to anything without getting creeped out crossing the dirt path to get to the resorts.
