Divi Village All Inclusive Villas

The staff was exceptional! My only complaint is they need 2 bartenders at Sea Breeze. Waiting 20 minutes between drinks sometimes.

I did not like the location- not as easily accessible or well connected as described. The trip fell far below expectations. There were no bottles of water provided in the room which is a basic amenity for an all inclusive service. Very confusing presentation about all inclusive options: there were two different types of all inclusive without a clear description before booking.

Friendly staff

Excellent resort.The food options were plentiful.We did all inclusive and you had so many choices in restaurants.The accommodations were excellent.Staff were friendly and service at restaurants were excellent.This resort had it all .

Food was not good. Drinks were bad. Front desk was not helpful.

I stayed on the golf Side. There was no water or coffee provided in room. There was one buffet restaurant and it was extremely small. This property just became an all inclusive therefore they are still sorting things out. Receipts are provided as a administrative process because not everyone has the all inclusive package. Everything on the property closed by 9:30. You’ll have to go to the sister hotels to get any type of service if it’s included in your Package. The room we stayed was a bit outdated but very comfortable the staff is not the warmest.

We love Divi! We had so much fun there this past week and can't wait to go back again. The staff is so friendly and they work really hard to make your time there enjoyable. The Divi Village Golf and Beach resort is the best location out of all Divi locations on the island to us. It is great for families. The only things that could be improved is the quality of food at the all inclusive restaurants. The food was just average. Also, the waterslide at the Infinity pool does not have great hours for kids to use it. It opens around 11am, closes at 12 for lunch for a bit and then closes for the day around 6pm. There were a couple of days we were there the kids wanted to go on later and they were not able to. The bar at the inifinity pool closes at 6pm also which does not make sense, this should be kept open later. Other than that our experience was amazing and memorable.

The overall rating for the stay is a 3. My partner & I were super excited to visit Aruba based on the recommendations detailing how friendly everyone is. We however, didn’t experience that friendliness with everyone. I’m not sure which staff I spoke with over the phone, but when requesting for shuttles, we were told a shuttle was coming and after waiting a few minutes the shuttle would never show up. Some of the front desk staff members were also just not as friendly as we expected. We were also charged a $40 fee after checking out due to “Hennessy not being part of the all inclusive” but we were not told that prior to our stay or even while getting Hennessy. Transparency is super important and should be valued everywhere. Our hope is for that to be the case moving forward for other people

Customer service wasn’t good

There are so many places to stay in Aruba, this one is not it. We paid for all inclusive but there were more things not included than the ones that were included. Bar service was abysmal - 30 minutes to get one drink? They also split their AI packages, to get the full benefit you have to pay even more for the Mega - otherwise there’s a ton of places that aren’t included. Our room was horribly dated and dirty. Overall a major disappointment for the money we spent.

Amazing location with tons of restaurants. Our whole group loved the pool area with the swim up bar and the kids lived the water slide. Quick walk across the street to the beautiful beach. All staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Pros: The hotel was beautiful, with quick and easy access to the beach. The pool area was clean and well maintained, and the room was consistently spotless. The made-to-order food was delicious and exceeded expectations. Cons: The hotel atmosphere was very quiet, with no music or activities around the pool—no games, water aerobics, or trivia to liven things up. While the slide for kids was enjoyable, the lifeguard seemed to take frequent and extended breaks every 30 minutes. The all-inclusive package was also quite confusing. There are two tiers—Signature and Mega—but no option to choose during booking, and we only learned about the difference upon arrival. We were given a bill for every meal, which added to the confusion, especially with the suggested tips. Although I received instructions on how to check in, it was only after requesting them. When I arrived and mentioned that I had checked in online, I was told it didn’t matter because the app doesn’t actually function.

Wonderful vacation spot which offers a variety of excursion opportunities.

When we arrived, on Expedia it says all inclusive, but it was not all inclusive. Certain restaurants was not included and where you got a drink you’d have to pay. The advertisement did not give any detail. Second, house keeping took our beach towels and when I went to receive new beach towels, the lady that gave them yelled at me and gave attitude for not having either a towel card or a towel to get a new towel; even though i explained house keeping took the towels. Third, it was explained that you are able to wave down the shuttle that drives around the property, we waved down a shuttle, the operator acknowledged us by saying everything alright, but kept driving. Forth, we were waiting for a parking spot in the front which a worker saw us waiting for the previous car to leave and when we went to park he THEN tells us we can’t park there. Why not tell us when we waited the 10 mins and had a signal on. The worker did see us waiting. Fifth, they charged us for a local call from the room, to the spa THEY sent us to, when concierge said they work with the spa. Overall, I will not be coming back to divi, they did not make my stay enjoyable nor did they make the vacation at ease.
