Embassy Suites by Hilton Aruba Resort

It was amazing

Fantastic hotel! Free breakfast every morning was great- omelette station, pancakes, French toast, etc. A very nice pool and hot tub. We were upgraded to an ocean view. Onsite parking was convenient. The hotel’s beach access was small and rocky- but Eagle beach was about a 10-15 minute walk.

Truly amazing staff, very nice rooms, gorgeous pool & views. Truly incredible breakfast, gym, & laundry room. Friendly staff. More importantly very close to other hotels and magnificent Palm Beach.

Very nice property. Staff was great, hotel very clean and room size was perfect. Great breakfast. Nice happy hour as well, but could do a few things to improve. Long lines waiting for drinks could use a little work

First negative was to be embarrased by the cook Vilma at breakfast when she started yelling because i didn't give notice of my husband allergic to onion prior to ordering omelet. Second to be located on one happy island staff doesnt seem like their jobs didnt address you or greet while walking pass them. Breakfast variety was good, but always missing either napkins utensils etc. Bathroon didnt have towel bars for a family of 5 was kind of hard to figure where to hand wet towels. Once sofa bed is open theres no space to easily walk in and out balcony. My suggestion- a big smile and greeting will make a big difference especially for hilton chain.

The Hotel is nice even though there is a short staff for the people. Always ckean. However the food besides the breakfast is not good... I will say it is bad! The beach that belongs to this resort is terrible with lot os stones and wholes ( not appropiate for kids) ... I Had to walk 20 minutes with my family to find a decent beach... Eagle Beach.

Fabulous resort w excellent amenities. Great breakfast & eveningvl reception. The staff make this hotel very special. Would suggest drying racks for swimsuits and more hooks in the room. Beds were really good. Hotel is 3 years old and very well run. Thank you for a fun vacation!

Beautiful place.Great food.

Pool chaise cushions looked pretty weathered by the end of our stay. Beach wasn’t very big. Staff was very friendly - though I called the hotel direct long distance and I left a voicemail and sent two emails to the concierge about doing something as a surprise for my daughter’s birthday upon our arrival - cookies, strawberries, or bottle of champagne which I would have gladly paid for. Nothing arrived.

Food service in pool is terrible

Nice pool and outdoor layout. Breakfast buffet was nice as well.

The property was safe and clean. The food was good. We did have to call for towels once because the room wasn’t cleaned all day. Most staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall the stay was alright and I would stay there again because of the convenience and beauty of the property.

The property is new and clean and has a fantastic heated pool and hot tub which is kept open until 10 pm. Hiwever, the beach associated with the hotel is not good, a lot of seaweed and very rocky. Although there are great beaches in Aruba, they are dominated by the hotels and you cannot get chairs or shade from the sun. They say beaches are public but you will feel uncomfortable sitting on a towel. You can get a beach chair from the hotel for a charge but you are going around with a chair on your back while on vacation. The hotel is also in between Eagle Beach and Palm Beach so a half hour walk to anywhere. Taxis are gard to get from the hotel also. So, If you are looking for a great pool then I would recommend the Embassy, if looking for a great beach then consider a different hotel.

This is an excellent, modern hotel. The free breakfast buffet was outstanding. The food in the poolside restaurant and the restaurant in the hotel was excellent. The prices seemed high at first, but about the same as any other restaurant in Aruba, so it's not any cheaper to eat outside the hotel. The pools and jacuzzi were wonderful and cleaned every morning. The private beach was small, but convenient and the lawn chairs and cabanas were free, but you have to get there before 11:00 to find a spot. The beach was rocky when you go in the water so bring some water shoes. You can buy lotion and snacks in the hotel but they are crazy expensive so make sure you bring enough lotion with you . . . and maybe do without snacks (it's better for you anyway). I highly recommend this hotel. The service was outstanding and it is less than a mile walk from the Palm Beach area and tons of restaurants and shopping.

we were skeptical about the location of this hotel since it was our first time in Aruba. we definitely made the right decision booking in this hotel.I love love love the location of this hotel. You have no hotel in front of you so you can see the whole ocean . The pool is very clean. We really enjoyed the hot tub at night. They upgraded us to Ocean view without even asking bathrooms are very clean. Their bed is comfortable. The room is very spacious as well as the living room. I would definitely stay again in this hotel.❤️
