Hotel Riu Palace Aruba - All Inclusive

Everything. I’ve been there 6 times. Often alone. I feel safe and welcomed. Highly recommend.

Just contraction

We upgraded our room and so glad we did. We had an amazing view and the room was very large. Everyone we interacted with on the resort was so helpful and kind. The food and service was great and the location was perfect. Close to shopping, restaurants and bars, all within a 5 minute walk. The airport is 15 mins away, best to book a roundtrip since a cab from resort to airport was $35USD. We're definitely coming back and bring more people to enjoy it with us!

Everything was perfect. The food was amazing as always. I always book with Riu wherever I go around the world! Highly recommended. Definitely going back again with my family.

By far the best Riu I’ve visited! Food Was delicious at the main dining hall. Even though they are going through renovations next door that didn’t phase us from having a good time. The pool is huge and the beach is by far the best private hotel beach. Very clean. rooms were always stocked with clean towels. My kids 5 and 14 had a blast! Can’t wait to return. Staff were very friendly and helpful when asking questions. Rooms had the best ac and balcony view. This hotel is very convenient to shopping center and local restaurants. Very safe area for family vacations.

The hotel need a renovation .

All inclusive with reasonable options to eat and relax. Beach is beautiful. Sunsets great. Noise from upgrades was a problem , hopefully will be finishing soon.

All I expected and more

Aruba was wonderful but not sure I would go back to the RIU Palace. Not a ton of restaurant options for an all inclusive that you are paying ALOT of money for. Especially where this was the family resort and not a ton of options for the kids. There were restaurants temporarily shut down and amenities due to construction of the hotel, that they don't tell you when you book. Not every restaurant was open every night and for the money they all should be (and with the construction). Took a walk to the RIU Antillas (adults only hotel) and every restaurant was open with more options and it was hopping. Very unfortunate. The plumbing in our room did not work very well either. They missed cleaning our room one day as well where I confirmed with the front desk it was supposed to be daily with the no special requests. This hotel has a lot of potential and sometimes it is the little things that add up are what you remember. Definitely going back to Aruba but not the RIU Palace.

Everything was designed to cater to the patrons of their hotel. It is a beytiful place and i would recommend ti everyone i know

The staff was great but the Hotel is run down, also is under mayor repairs so if are by the pool or beach all you hear is concrete saws and chipping hammers all day long. Expedia should make customers aware. The Riu will be under mayor repairs for another 3 years per the hotel staff. We overpaid for the current conditions of the hotel and there was no place to relax at day time.

Resort was very old and out dated inside. The room we stayed the safe box was malfunctioning and not unlocking. The tv cable behind the the tv reception was poor and signal was cutting off. Leaving the room I always check to see the door is secure..finding out the door handle was not latching and always stayed unlocked. Anyone could have walked in…the receptionists lobby they weren’t friendly. The resort has so many issues. I messaged the resort before arrival with no response. Terrible service and experience with this resort. Would never book this resort again.

A property that is under construction should have either told people before they book it or not even open it. All we heard was drilling and hammering instead of the ocean and nature. As far as cleanliness, We had to change room because the first one was literally like a dirty motel. Then the other one was just ok. The blinds were dirty and the mirror was so old it was stained from within. Then we heard from other guests that they also had to change rooms because the first one they had had a dirty bathroom

Great place to stay with amazing staff, close access to the beach and an easy drive to baby beach and downtown with enterprise car rental in the lobby. Only critique would be the food - good variety but I felt they could do better with their selection in chicken dishes and catering to other ethnicities ex. Indian, Mexican, Greek etc.

Such a beautiful property that wa easy to get around in. All the staff was amazing, always there to help and serve where needed. We had a great stay with our family. The only request is to have the app updated with restaurant openings and closures and more details for entertainment at night.

The pool is beautiful with plenty of space. Having the bewch a few steps away is a huge plus.

Under Construction!!!!!!! If you enjoy the loud sounds of numerous jack hammers for 8+ hours a day this is the place for you.
