I had reserved a night at this hotel to complete an important online meeting and had clearly asked the staff to provide me with the best location for wifi access with highest speed. Upon check-in I was ensured by the staff that their internet is reliable and able to accommodate my needs. However, I had tested the internet speed only to realize that it is extremely slow and choppy at best. Due to the severity of my position, I had to rush out of my hotel and search for a different location and complete my work elsewhere. Upon returning later that day to check-out after much stress, another staff had told me that the person who provided me wifi information was not well trained and did not give me the proper wifi access. Hearing this, I was shocked at the fact that a hotel such as Hilton would allow such an unprofessional mistake come to pass. To add insult to injury, they further refused to take any responsibility for the stress and lost time they had caused. I am simply sharing this feedback to urge other clients to do their due diligence before committing to this hotel, with a team that is unwilling to be accountable for their actions and support their clients.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, very spacious rooms and was nice to have a suite with balcony and washing machine. Service was amazing thanks to all staff, Thaw, Wedad, and Houssam to name few. Thanks for making our stay beautiful.

The stay was good. Location was wonderful balcony was great. They handled everything extremely well. A special thanks to Widad who did an amazing job handling our room. Cleanliness of the room, especially bed coverings could have been better as it was a bit dusty. However Widad fixed that right away and we were given a room that was clean

Beautiful place with a fantastic balcony view ! The ONLY issue I ever had was no toothpaste available on the first night and no bottle opener for the two sparkling water drinks that they placed on the table, but these were resolved quickly ! Thanks !

Would recommend staying here, excellent stay during our holiday. Really friendly staff providing outstanding service. Rooms are of a high standard, perfect for families rooms have been set up to provide comfort and ease during stay. Good location as most attractions are a short car journey away.

The location is good but the hotel rooms needs renovation.

Service was not my expectation. Room was bit dusty. We were half bored and they use same menu for lunch, dinner and every day, not much selection of food.

The pearl area of Doha is away from the city center but what a beautiful area. Clean. Luxurious. Safe. Hotel staff was over the top friendly and accommodating. Food was good. Pool was inviting. Would stay here again

Excellent hotel in an excellent location with amazing staff from the concierge team to the cleaners and everyone inbetween. Small issues were rectified quickly by Rehan and his team. Food was exceptional from breakfast through till dinner! Would definitely return again

Room was not vacuumed once during my 5 night stay. Luggage didn’t make it to my room until I had to go down to reception to insist on having it. Upon checkout I had to personally take my four bags down the lift after waiting 30 min for the concierge to pick them up but to no avail. On the positive side the staff were pleasant and friendly.

I had a lovely time. The Arabian ocean was a wonderful bonus! Warm water and gentle waves. The staff couldn’t have been more concerned for my comfort. I had a lovely time. What more could I say.
