Stayed for only two nights as was competing in marathon. Perfect location for that. Was a bit noisy but to be expected as on lower floor near main road. Had issue with plumbing and shower. They came out on Sunday and fixed it and replaced shower head. The service here was excellent. Place is a bit older but kept very clean. Overall, very good. Would give it 4.5 stars if was an option

The property was well located and tidy but not as quiet as we had expected it to be. Renovation was going on in the room above and sound carried from the hall and other units. While the beeping from the HWC was attended to promptly, the smoke alarm going off in the middle of the night had no explanation and left us a wee bit apprehensive as to its reason. Overall this would have been a wonderful place for a family or younger people but as older ones wanting to unwind after a hectic work year it was not the best choice.

The property was in a great location. With nice gardens and a good size pool.
Sorry to say that I was disappointed with the cleaning. The lounge, cushions and carpet were dirty and the shower needed a good scrub.

nice and clean. stay would have been better had there not been renovations being done which was very loud from 9am to 4:15pm for our 2nd day and luckily we went home the next day as the works were going to continue the next day. Overall a good stay.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and the complex is within reasonable walking distance of the beach, infinite food options, Sea Life, Coles, etc.
The apartment was well appointed and appliances, utensils and crockery were top notch. About my only gripe was that the bed has obviously seen its fair share of action over the years, so was riding pretty low on one side... But it was still comfortable enough to offer respite before the next day's activities.
The pool and mini golf were a hit and over all it was a great stay.
