It was amazing. Customer service was incredible. So many things for the kids and adults to do. Everyone was so helpful and happy. Happy hours were the best . The cabins had everything we needed. Wish we didn’t have to go home. Can’t wait to come back

A great stay for a family of 4. Loved how it kept the kids busy when we weren’t out exploring cairns. Lots of activities, great cafe with great prices. Friendly staff and a nice clean park. Definitely be back

Overall excellent for our 8 and 5 yr old grandkids. The water slides, splash park and lagoon were all good although we did expect a bucket at the splash park. The park was busy but the queues were very short compared to some other resorts.
Staff were super friendly and helpful.
The cafe was ok and we loved the happy hour each day.
One negative… the aircons struggled and took a long time to cool the cabin.

We stayed in a cabin which was very comfortable. The complex seems to be mainly geared to kids as there's plenty to keep them entertained. The pools were great although there could have been a few more chairs. Happy hour every afternoon, good choice of food. We will stay there again, next time we go to Cairns.

Just spent the week here and can’t fault it at all.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of things for all kids to enjoy.
Close to shops for anything we needed. Have booked to stay again next year.
