I like this budget hotel, I slept well and clean bathroom within the room.
Some maintenance needs to be done:
1) USB plug in
2) nail glue on loose drawers/bathroom tap
3) bathroom hooks for my towel.

The room was clean, and well appointed. The bed was very firm (which I like). Shower ran fast and hot, which is another plus. It is very central on Oxford Street so there was occasional street noise in my room, but this did not really bother me. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a great stay. Good for people on the go, or needing to be in the Darlinghurst/Surry Hills area.

Excellent value hotel in fantastic location. Comfortable bed in spacious room. Good amenities and very helpful, friendly staff. $20 shuttle to international airport was. Much appreciated. We would definitely stay again and will recommend to our friends and family.

Shower room was decent although had a cracked window , clean towels and linen every two days.
No draws. Ironing board had a big stain on

We stayed on the top floor and had an amazing large balcony on the roof with the best view! There is no elevator but we didn't mind. The location is good, close to bus stops into the city and you can walk to cool shops, cafes and bars. The person on the desk was very friendly and accommodating with our bags.

The toilet no hook.. the towel nowhere to hang.. there is no face towel provided. Bed a bit soft.. no lift so elderly a bit dificult to climb up.. but in general it is spacious.. and price is reasonable.. so still recommended.
