This is an amazing place to stay. Great rooms with all the amenities you could need and the location is perfect - park the car for the weekend and walk to numerous cafes and restaurants and the beach.

Apartment was lovely, with very good side on views of the ocean.
Parking was in the underground.
Flat was very clean and very comfortable, but ..
Complex needed a splash of paint externally,
Toilet cistern in en-suite gently ran all night,
Couldn’t work out how to lock the front door and reception had closed when we went out. In the morning they confirmed it needed locking from inside.
So lovely, but little things meant not perfect.

Very pleasantly surprised to receive a text message 10:30am saying our unit was ready to check. Lovely lady at reception, friendly and helpful. Beautiful ocean view as we walked in the unit was amazing.

We throughly enjoyed our time at Coolum Caprice!
The room we stayed in well we feel very lucky to have been allocated, as it was newly renovated and was beautiful. The views of the ocean every morning at sunrise and throughout the day were simply divine and so hard to leave! Bed was comfortable and the spa bath was relaxing! Did not have any issues with noise at all during the stay.
With the check in we arrived after reception hours as our flight arrived around 8:30pm. The code we were supposed to be sent was never received so we were a little worried about how we would be able to gain access into the hotel as we could not find any information online about what the procedure is!
Enter Tommo The friendly night manager as our saviour! There was a phone that we were able to call him on and he came out and gave us our hotel keys!
The decor, garden and pool area are well designed and aesthetically pleasing.
Tracey was helpful at reception and we were so grateful to have been able to stay in the room for a bit longer after check out as our flight was not until the evening.
Overall a wonderful and pleasant stay!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay in a 1 bedroom apartment on one of upper floors. Absolutely fantastic views in all directions up and down the coast and out to sea. The apartment was huge, although a little outdated, It had all of the things you need to be fully self-contained, with a resnable size balcony to sit out and take in the sights and sounds of the area. Definitely worth a look at.
