2nd stay ans this time a more standard room. check in late at night as travelling. Hayden check me in and was lovely and Lucy served.me for dinner and drinks and was also lovely

I had a problem because the fridge wasn’t working. They found me an equally quiet room to swap into. Strongly recommend the rooms at the back of the building where it’s really quiet. Very comfortable hotel room.

Always great, I stay here multiple times a year. Shame they didn’t have the bowl of snacks on the check in desk this time (apples) it’s the little things that make your stay.

Expected this Crowne Plaza to be os similar standards to what we experienced before in Parramatta (several years), Heathrow, London, Gold Cpast etc., but was totally disappointed.
The sinks in the Loft room allocated to us were both blocked. Power outlets don't work. Light control locations do not consider the elderly.
All in all, our worst ever Crowne Plaza stay. Lucky it was just 1 night.
Would not recommend and will not stay there again.

Waited in line for over an hour to check in, book room for 3 people only to find if I actually wanted somewhere for the 3rd person to sleep I would need to pay them more money for an extra bed to be brought up - not told this at time of booking. No onsite parking, was told I would need to leave my car at local shopping centre and walk 15 minutes back to our accommodation.

The hotel was under renovation, however the main entrance was blocked and we had to walk to the back of the hotel to enter. That day was raining and we were all wet going to the back entrance, not to mention the hassle that we had to carry our luggages. What should have been done is to arrange a small passage for clients to enter. Also when we returned after dinner one night around 8pm, the front door was locked and no response despite knocking on the door. There was no staff seen at the counter. Again we had to walk to the back of the hotel to enter exposing to the cold wind.
