If you are planning to arrive after 5:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and smart lock details. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Guests are required to download the property's DirectKey mobile app before check-in. Guests can choose to either self-clean the property prior to check-out, or pay an additional cleaning fee at check-out (exact amount varies).
