Love this little boutique accommodation added extra good food and wine, excellent hospitable staff

Beautifully restored, queen room was spacious, staff were very friendly & helpful, enjoyed the restaurant- excellent food & service. Easy walk over to Esplanade to enjoy the park, walkways & ocean view.

Upon arrival I was pleased with my room size. I did notice a strong odor that at first I thought was the floor wax (nice floors) but it was room deodorizer that was way too strong - I prefer a clean small. Nice small pool. Parking is street parking for the property. An ill place shelf blocks the curtains from being fully closed. Food from on site cafe was very good.

Lovely rooms. I was lucky to get the ground floor . Extremely clean and fresh. Aircon was great. Room 1 has a vibrating bed 😊. The pool was great, food service and standard top class.

Lush Art Deco style accomodation. Every detail has been thought of. Can not recommend enough

Beautiful art deco property! Fabulous service, clean, right opposite the Esplanade and with a lovely restaurant and bar attached.

It was a fabulous stay, unique property with a restaurant and pool on site. Upscale bedrooms with all amenities, pics dont do it justice, such a warm, welcoming ambiance. Only thing of note is in the evening music can be heard from the restaurant dining until closing as sound carries. After that it's very quiet. The staff were all amazing, helpful and kind. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and didnt want to leave it was so great!

The staff were fantastic, especially Luca. Having worked in hospitality, we recognise the effort the staff have gone to make our stay comfortable. We even stayed an extra night because of the service we received here. Thank you for giving us a relaxing weekend.

This properly has been newly renovated, and it is absolutely gorgeous! I wish I could have stayed longer

Great to see Floriana has been revamped but has retained its charm and grandeur. Very comfortable with big bathroom and we had dinner and breakfast in house - both very nice food!

A beautiful room in a gteat location with fantastic staff right on the esplanade.

Floriana is a stunning property, in a great location and full of history. Luca and the other staff helped us feel welcome, like being welcomed home after a long journey. Our room, which is a ‘budget’ room was comfortable and furnished to a high standard. The pool was beautiful. They also have a lovely restaurant and our morning coffee was great out in the beautiful front courtyard overlooking the bay. We’ll definitely be back 😊 Thank you Luca and team 🙏

Beautifully renovated building in Art Deco style. The high gloss timber floors, the wallpaper, the ceiling rosettes, this property has it all. I fell in love the moment I walked in and will never stay in another cold impersonal motel room in Cairns again.

This is a beautifully restored property offering first class rooms with outstanding bathrooms, lovely furniture and brand new beds. There is also a charming pool available to guests. The property is located across from the waterfront and is a comfortable walking distance from the centre of the city. I would stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a unique place to stay in Cairns. The proprietor is the warmest and most friendly hotelier I have ever met. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Absolutely loved my stay here cannot recommend enough. The staff was so wonderful, helped me carry my bags up the stairs, and allowed for a late checkout which was super helpful! The rooms are brand new and the bathroom was very clean and lovely. Such a cute boutique hotel. Would recommend if you’re looking for a quiet stay that’s still in a great area. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!
