To be honest. I Was expecting a low grade stay and we are so suprised how nice this hotel is , friendly staff great breakfast and good service ! Excellent location! Well done Southern Hotel , We really are very happy with our weekend! 4 rooms for my family and brilliant rugby stay ! Thank you We will stay again

The property is under construction so its not a great feeling at the moment. Additionally I could hear the elevator shaft from my room so I could hear every time it worked and the beds are quite flimsy moving at the slightest push

The hotel was underconstruction so a bit noisy and hard to park in their carpark. But you can walk everywhere leisurely. I would recommend and will stay tgere again

Due to construction work and our room right next to the construction work it was very nosy and woke us up before 7am. Did not see any notification until we were booking in about construction work and was casually told by staff member.
