Room was good. There was a used room service tray outside our room though. Check-in experience was terrible. Waited inline to check in took forever. People behind us were cutting the line and getting served by check in staff, when we followed one we were told that there was a queue. We informed her that she had served others that were behind us & had cut line but got a response that we had to go back to the line again & this time we lost our place, more waiting. She didn't give up a proper explanation about parking costs either. Hopeless, needs to be aware of what's happening. Not a good start to staying there. Expect better from Hilton staff. Won't name her but first name starts with A

Room was good nice view. had some problems with the carpark and we had to pay for on street town parking then we got entry to the hotel car park was a bit of a pain as was raining. Staff kept trying to sell me WIFI when we had in inclusive with our booking.

Excellent location. Rooms and pool showing their age. Annoyingly we booked for 4 people, stayed for 5 nights and every day we had to ask for 4 towels instead of only 2. Minor I know but becomes annoying when you want a shower and there's not enough towels for everyone

There was no power in the morning, so couldn’t have everything off the breakfast menu. Our room was opposite the casino , the casino that played loud music until late in the evening, and the people coming out of the casino were not the nicest of people. Hotel itself very nice!
