Pleasantly surprised by this hotel, reception area always smelt lovely and the room was surprisingly quiet, no noise from other guests at all. Staff incredibly helpful, really can’t fault it.

The breakfast was very nice - lots of different things to eat-
Bed was great comfortable - pillows was 2 different 1 was soft and 1 more firm
Parking was across the road in a multi story
The hotel paid for the parking
Would recommend it if anyone need to stay up that way

The room was modern and had a great bathroom, the area itself was very commercial and there was difficulty for parking, but a parking station closeby had parking by the hour up to a maximum of $15. I did find the aircon blowing on the bed made it difficult to sleep and pillows were strange. Free wifi was very handy and a nice free breakfast.

Paid $500 for a suite. King bed, separate lounge area with T, large alfresco area, kettle and pod coffee machine, sink. No washing up supplies, dish cloth, tea towel and small dish liquid would have been handy.
NO WINE GLASSES!!!
Minimal milk. I’ve had more tea/coffee selection for a lot less per night. Large outdoor area with a tiny plastic table and 2 chairs.
Bathroom amenities were beautiful.
My room 105 was right opposite the lift.
Buffet breakfast was standard.
Not worth the price tag.

The property is a little dated but well maintained and very clean. The standout feature was undoubtedly the reception and breakfast staff, they were absolutely outstanding, and I couldn’t commend them more.
As for the bed and pillows, they were… interesting. Don’t expect a particularly comfortable night as the mattress was quite firm, the pillows were more like half-size/cot pillows, and there was no top sheet. That said, we managed and still got through the night.
Despite this, we would stay again, as it does seem to be one of the better accommodation options in the area though we’re still a little puzzled as to why the bedding is like it is!

Quick check in and comfy bed.
Bar service was extremely slow with only one member on at the time. Ordered dinner and was missing accompaniment when it came out. When asked, the staff member said there's only one. So she knew we ordered it but seemed like she hoped we didn't notice that it was missing. Disappointing.
