Great hotel, some renovations make a poor first impression. The only other issues were the lifts. There were a few times where we would be waiting for a few minutes for a lift to show up, and once it showed up, it was often already full.

Great location near Southern Cross Station, very convenient to catch the Skybus to the airport. Breakfast was great.

Bathroom uncleared upon check in.Carpet wasn’t vacuum.
Found used spoon in the coffee area.
Good thing about it someone from the management came in and assessed the situations and agreed to us to be moved to another room.
But when I called the receptionist /front desk first only an option to re clean the room and no available room .Un satisfied with room cleanliness

We stayed on our Sydney to Melbourne coastal road trip. The hotel was going through some renovation on the first floor, but it was easy to find. Breakfast is included with your stay. The parking garage is convenient. The location is in the central business district and walkable. Train station and trams are close. The hotel was built in 2021.

They want you to pay $50 deposit on arrival but then do not release the deposit after it was supposed to be released. If you stay here pay $50 cash so they have to give you $50 cash back for deposit otherwise you don’t see it ever again
