Good service and clean room. I arrived earlier around noon and wanted to leave by bags at the reception, but the receptionist checked if my room was ready. It was, and I was allowed to check in early, although check in time is only at 2 pm. This was a very nice gesture. My request to have a room on the ground floor was also granted. The hotel is surrounded by a few fast food restaurants and is an easy 5-minute drive from Perth airport.

Nice enough rooms A/C rattled like a jet engine and the room stank of cigarettes that it seemed they tried to cover up with strong perfume of some sort just left an overpowering smell with under-hints of cigarette. Was Tidy and clean if a little outdated. I was only there for an emergency stop for work. Served its purpose.

The receptionist was lovely.
The room was so tiny and there was no microwave nor cutlery. Had to go down to the entrance to use the dirty microwave, when needed. Air conditioner cover fell onto me while I was sitting beneath it.

I appreciate it was budget accommodation, I was however disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. There was a small bin in the bathroom and this had not been moved for a long time, so not moped or swept under the bin.
