On arrival the hotel smelt lovely & clean. The asian gentleman with glasses at front desk was so friendly & helpful 👌 Our room was clean & tidy maybe a small biscuit on arrival to have with a cup of tea would be perfect after a long travel. We had the best view on the 25th floor..thank you. We loved the restaurant it had so much character. Food & beverage staff was so helpful & friendly. Would be nice to have a mushmellows in my hot chocolate not sure why you didn't have any. Thank you for your service we will be returning.

Wifi instructions we re not correct and no internet in room from own provider.
Let staff know on checkout and they were very apologetic.
Parking was in another building. But was only a short walk.

Laundry was out of service. Breakfast was well stocked. You can walk to everything. The Irish bar next door has a band until 1am that we could hear from room 606. Rooms are small. There is no closet. It has a little area where you can hang a few things.

Overall - great value for money. Room could have had an additional blanket as aircon was cold and manual adjustment made no difference. Restaurant totally understaffed at breakfast resulting in dirty table tops and empty milk jugs. One person only doing everything for at least 50 guests.

I stayed at Ibis Styles Brisbane for one night and found it to be very basic but adequate for a short stay. The best part is definitely the location—right in the heart of the city, which made it easy to get around and explore.
The room itself was simple and compact, offering the essentials but nothing more. For a quick overnight stop, it did the job. I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay, but it’s doable for one night if you just need somewhere central to sleep.

Great place to stay in Brisbane’s CBD. Convenient, central, clean, very good value, pleasant staff, good facilities. Parking was available nearby and there were plenty of eating venues all around. Room was fine and had terrific river views. Well worth a visit.
