Staff are friendly, room is clean. Location is good, near to ICC with walking distance. Room cleaning by request only. Super not used to their shower space, very small and narrow. Price is much more expensive than usual, maybe due to the big event nearby.

The accommodations at the hotel are spartan but sufficient for our needs. The rooms are clean. Housekeeping services are upon request only. The breakfast is very good. Dinners are reasonable as well. What makes this hotel so good is the front desk staff. They are all very friendly and extremely helpful. The manager, Jastin (not sure if I spelled his name correctly) was very knowledgeable and very helpful and always praised his team who were also great. Their combined efforts made our stay an enjoyable experience.
