My son had to attend the RMH for day surgery. The Mercure North Melbourne was in convenient walking distance and was within our budget. The property our room and the staff were excellent. Thank You Mercure North Melbourne !

All the staff were friendly and professional, always happy to help with any little thing. Very convenient location for access to lots of stuff around Melbourne, Vic Market, Lygon St eateries, Museum. Facilities a touch dated but all clean and functional. Would definitely return

Very pleasant stay, facilities were clean and well presented. It was really good to have lovely products in the bathroom and good quality toilet paper and tissues.

Very thin walls and other guests were VERY loud into the wee hours of the morning; staff was often absent from the front desk and room was not cleaned at all during our stay

Very noisy room that was basic with a very hard bed, threadbare carpets in the hallways, this hotel needs a major upgrade. Despite it being close to where I needed to work, I would not stay there again.
