The first night I stayed here it was great no issues was running late so they left the room key under the door mat had a shower then passed out then took off the following morning to complete my job I thought I would stay here again when I was passing through next and here I am on the 16/04 I’m staying here again

Pillows so danse and thick they were unusable (have never seen a pillow like it I rolled up my clothes into a ball to use instead). Only sheets on the bed. No doona cover.(Probably so you don't run the A/C as much) loads of road noise from trucks.(Can't really help that)

Upon arrival I asked the night manager if the showers were great he assured me that they were excellent!!! Excellent my arse the shower was on and no pressure at all it took close to 5 mins to get warm the shower head was broken

There was a lot of yelling in the alley way behind the motel and a number of people using the motel as a thoroughfare whist yelling and abusing one another. The cleaning of the room was far from satisfactory in many respects Seemed to be a lot of drug affected bogans using the property as a walk way and attending the premises in immediate proximity

Dont waste your time. Bug's everywhere in room and no spray provided. No daily service and he said they did it. When i asked them to review room, the minority manager said changing towels is the daily service. I explained what other hotels do, so next day they made beds and put towels on bed. They didn't take old towels on floor, didnt empty bins, didnt clean bathrooms, didnt do anything else. So 3 days no service, 4th days 1/4 service. Asked for manager above him, and said hes in India so can't help. Dodgy night time noises with loud talking and yelling for 2 nights at 4am in their carpark. Felt scared for family

I was travelling with my disabled Mum. I booked here because the bathroom pictures showed flat entry into the shower - this was a lie. I sent a message via to this app prior to arriving to confirm easy access to room - no response. When I checked in I again checked that there was flat bathroom access and was told there was and it was spacious. It was all a lie, I was unable to shower my mum because there was a big built-up step to the shower, the bathroom was so small I struggled to get her on / off the toilet. I emailed again once I was there and got no reply. These ones are just running a business - zero hospitality or honesty. They are the only place I’ve stayed that charge to use a guest laundry too.

For the price I guess you have to expect that it’s not the Hilton. It was clean but a lick of paint, new curtains and bedside furniture would certainly improve the standard.

Beds comfortable, clean. Large sliding door and curtain had about 5 hooks holding it up. No wine glasses - just water glasses. Then someone smoking just outside our room so everytime we opened the door it wafted in.

The room had a very aged appearance. The door to the bathroom did not close. The bed was unstable and old. Only one blanket provided and it was cold nights. All in all the reception was good and when we asked for another blanket it was provided, but expect that the rooms and furnishings are very dated.
