This hotel is a decent affordable option, perfect for what we needed for one night! I rang a few days in advance and asked to check in an hour early and they said they would make a note to clean our room first, but when I arrived they told me check in was 2pm and I couldn’t get in earlier. The manager was annoyed someone had said I could check in early. Other than that everything was great.

The internal room was ok, the outside disgusting and concerning, does not show on your website. Most of the staff very nice, however it took nearly an hour to check in and that staff member, rude and no very nice, I was unable to ask basic questions and she was not cooperative. Will never return and not to this hotel chain

The surrounding environment around the check-in area is not suitable for family. The room was clean and beds were very good. But there were several issues in the bathroom, hot shower knob was broken, water dripping to a drawer from the basin and missing exhaust fan. I gave my feedback to the manager present during check-out.
