We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean and well equipped with tea, coffee, towels, cooking necessities, tv, Netflix, and a lovely view of the creek. The staffers were very accommodating. It's right next to the information centre and the walking trails.

We had a lovely stay in the basic cabin. The beds were really comfortable and there was pretty much everything we needed provided such as towels, toaster, hairdryer etc. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for a couple of nights in a Creekside Cabin in early March 2025.
The cabin had good space overall and was comfortable, although the separate bedroom was very tight. It was neat and relatively clean, but clearly showing its age - the cabins on the site were a range of old and new. Overall on par with other similar cabins you might find at other parks.
The bed was comfortable, with a single power point at each side. They were placed low but accessible.
Location is reasonable, with a short walk to the shops and cafes,
Wifi was available and the speed was at the slow end - download at 7.74 Mbps and upload at 2.69 Mbps. McAfee rated the wifi as ‘safe’.
Parking was easy. It is outdoors and unsecured.

The location was ideal and the car parking easy. A central kitchen was excellent for BBQ etc with all facilities Tv included. We were however left in the dark on our first night throughout the camp site but no information was circulated which was a bit disconcerting. We then discovered that there was a ceiling full of small flies!!!! We found a spray that killed them but again No advice provided regarding this!!! We are from Uk and we’re not aware or prepared for the situations. Information would have made this so much easier!! Update your notice!!!

The shower at Studio Cabin 7 was a dribble… also, it was impossible to reach the receptionist by phone. Aside from these issues, the cabin was super clean, well equipped and spacious. The communal cooking area was also clean.

Great find. Cabin was very comfortable and clean. Walking distance to everything. Port Campbell is currently undergoing a major town refurbishment will be amazing when done. One of the few places on the Great Ocean Road where the highway doesnt separate you from the coast. Definately returning

Very spacious cabin. Quiet surroundings and terrific patio with a bbq. Perfect to share with family. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would love to stay here again.
