Right next to the MCEC and the DFO. Was extremely convenient for last minute shopping and in CASs I had forgotten to get something with me for the stay in Melbourne. Multiple 7/11s around and close to Southern Cross station. An absolutely phenomenal and friendly staff welcome you and very helpful with room services. Also free tips and services for better sleep was provided which was so cool and convenient! 10/10 would recommend!

Melbourne was our second stop during our trip Down Under. The Pan Pacific is a new, modern, chic as f… hotel! The staff was excellent and kind all around. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and fresh, a haven for rest and recovery after touring the city all around.
Location could not be better, walking distance to many attractions, restaurants. Transportation through and from the airport was easy, close by tram stations to move around the city were readily available. Their restaurant, Dock 37 was chic, and with good aesthetics. Food was neat, delicious, and fresh (at a good price) I endorse their lychee caipiroshka from their cocktail menu - delish!

We stayed for one night as we had a wedding on the wharf. We couldn’t fault this hotel - the staff were amazing and the hotel was one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. It is right next to DFO, so you can get some shopping in, but also really central to Southbank and cbd by walking or transport. We would definitely love to come back!

The location is perfect, if you are a shopper addict, this is the best place to shop at dfo south Wharf exactly next to the hotel especially at the end of December for Boxing Day 🤗

The rooms are very nice, clean, big. The view from the room window is very beautiful. Breakfast is delicious but unfortunately every day the menu is the same, so we stayed at the Pan Pacific Melbourne for 5 nights, the breakfast was rather bored because the menu was the same. Stay here even though we have paid in full but still have to give a guarantee with a credit card number of Aud100 per night, so our credit card is withdrawn a number of Aud500, he said later it will be returned. We will see later. we have never experienced this. We stayed at Sydney (Pan Pacific group too ... Paramatta Park Royal.) The system was not like that.

Very good location close to the excellent culinary promenade, and the Melbourne convention center. The chambermaid needs to be told to resupply the complimentary bottled water, (and it took almost 45 minutes to finally get 4 bottles on the next day, after I asked from the chambermaid) as well to check the supplies in the bathroom, as there is no toothbrush set, there is no soap at shower area and bathtub, only one at washbasin. Breakfast selection is standard. Hotel lobby and cafe interiors are dull and dark, due to too many uses of woods on walls and ceiling.
