Great spot Good gym and pool Room was good but didn’t have room service

Absolutely brilliant stay, cannot beat the view and location as right in the thick of it, with shops and restaurants at your doorstep, only slight complaint is it would of been nice for a half time service of apartment, as was there for two weeks

Great place to stay, great customer service, Just down the elevator through to shopping centre & Cavil Ave. Great location walking distance to everything.

The photos shown were not a true indication of the apartment we were given. The kitchen cupboards were swollen, the crockery still had food on it, the stove top and fridge had marks from previous people. The floor in the kitchen and bathroom were wet all the time from the unit belows air-conditioning. Even the carpet was wet around the kitchen. Accor advise for us to have our air-conditioning set at 24 degrees and keep all the doors tightly closed. This is not a solution. We prefer no aircon and the doors open for the sea beeze and fresh air. We went to reception to get towels to cover wet floors, then we rotated the towels on the airer so we could walk in the kitchen. The apartment looks over the night clubs and restaurants, so the noise is constant all day and night and into the morning. Only a top sheet on the bed. When we asked for a throw rug, we had to go down out of our building to collect the blanket. The glass doors still had prints and smudges all over them, and food on the balcony. We will not return or recommend.

Very central location close to the beach with fantastic views from our room. A two minute walk to the 'G', the local light rail service which is also fantastic. Clean and fresh rooms with great facilities. Great friendly staff and close to all local attractions and shopping.

For a single person or a couple, the room I stayed in was the perfect size. Lovely views of the beach, Cavill Avenue (great for watching how 'alive' the area is) and part of the hinterland. Blockout curtains allowed me the luxury of a sleep in without the early morning sun waking me up. The outdoor heated pool and spa were fantastic, even with winter fast approaching. Every second day I'd go for a dip. Such easy access to the shops and public transport as well. Price wise, it was surprisingly cheaper than a lot of other places. The only gripe I had (and it's a petty one at that) is that the tiles and grout in the wet areas need a good scrub. All other areas were carpeted, and it still had that new carpet smell, so no problems there.

Great stay. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious, although maybe a little dated, but not an issue at all. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with everything we needed to cook and the bathroom clean with good pressure and hot water. The view from the apartment was also fantastic! My only issue would be minimal coffee and tea in the room as it was not replenished throughout the stay, and also the need to pay for extra pool towels. Would recommend and would stay again.

Close the beach but very noisy area

So close to Cavill Avenue and the beach and accommodation was so comfortable and beautiful view of the beach.

Close to everything, it's in the centre of Surfers! Staff were great and the units are equipped well and very clean.

The place was really nice,quiet, and the view from the balcony was really amazing. Me and my daughters had a great day of staying in the hotel. Feels like I'm in my home. I will definitely go back to this hotel/apartment.

Fantastic location, everything within walking distance

Enjoyable enough. Apartment was clean. Although, for a ten day stay we had to request more toilet paper, washing detergent, towels etc. The portable cot was not in our room upon arrival. This was delivered after our arrival for us to set up. Minimal condensation on the floor this time, my 2.5 yr old only slipped over once. Yes I’m being sarcastic. This problem really needs to be fixed. Great location and the pool is amazing.
