Stayed for 2 nights in a Superior Spa Suite.
Quick, easy and friendly check in.
The Suite was a great size - really big living area and bathroom. Very comfy king size bed. Great location between Nelson and Shoal bay. Lots of free parking. Would definitely stay again.

Nice place. Room was clean, bed was super comfy. Shower head was absolutely terrible but that’s my only complaint. Was a good place to stop on our overnight trip home from QLD. Very affordable.

The shower was the worst I have ever had in a motel (and I am not young!) Water pressure was very low and the hot and cold water were impossible to mix to get a normal temperature. It was either too bot or too cold. The mattress was too soft.

Located within a flat walkable distance to Shoal Bay, in a quiet location. Staff were friendly. We had the 3 bedroom unit, shared by 4 single adults, spacious and clean.It is an older property l, 2 stories, with a kitchenette and 2 bathrooms, our room could do with a new lounge (it was torn), but for the cost, it was good value and clean. Easy off street parking. There’s a lovely in-ground pool area and a restaurant on site - we didn’t get to use them. Walking distance to Wests Club was handy for dinner.

Where do I start? Very disappointing after reading the reviews. I didn’t want to share this but I feel it’s better to be honest sometimes about our experience as even our children complained. A cockroach flew out of the air con when I turned it on and was super noisy so we had to turn it off when sleeping. The couch was so old and sunken in we couldn’t even sit on it. Everything in the kitchen was filthy. The instructions after hours were abysmal in the rain with 2 buildings; we had no idea where we were going and had no one to ask being after hours up and down stairs and all around the property; the wifi didn’t reach the apartment we were in. The beds were clean and tidy; that was the best part. Other than that I wouldn’t stay at this property again.

The service was great and the rooms were alright, slightly dated bathroom but the shower was pretty good. The beds were soft and I had trouble sleeping all night, if they replace the beds then I would consider coming back.
