This was a lovely resort to stay at for Christmas. Breakfast buffet was great, pool side food and drinks were great, room was spacious & clean. We loved the balcony spa and everyone was so friendly. Beach pool was great fun. Really affordable too compared to other beach resorts. The beach itself is not that nice for swimming, so the different pools were great. We also played tennis in the tennis courts (free ball and racket hire at reception). And we hired bikes from the store next door. Lots of great restaurants near by too. Would come back for sure.

The area has restaurants and the resort is nice, but the pool has leaves and sand as per the location. Also we had some issues with large bugs in our room.

Nice resort. Rooms are dated but clean. Staff was pleasant and the pool was huge. Location is right where you want to be… steps from the ocean and the walkable area of palm cove.

We did enjoy our stay
But the stairs and no lifts was a killer & the room we had was rather on the small side and there was only one seat on the balcony area but there were 2 of us
And the shutters in the room could do with a good clean but overall our stay was nice just a few little things that can easily be fixed / cleaned

I do not know from where they got their 5 stars but this accomodation is def. not a 5 star accomodation.
It is too much used and needs to be new furbished with just everything. Just to order an omelette was not possible.
this holiday apartment/hotel was more a hostel than a 5 star hotel. never ever again.

I believe Peppers is promoted as a 4 star + resort. If correct I would not expect at the price I paid to find that there are NO lifts in all but 1 block. At the very least we should have been advised. Likewise with a property of this standard or for that matter any property I would not expect my bedsheets to have holes in them!

The most amazing relaxing resort, top notch food and staff, the Day Spa was the best experience the therapists Connie and Anna made us feel relaxed and pampered the massages were heaven sent. 10/10

Loved our stay. Our room was ground level and walked directly out to the sandy beach of the pool. The pool is incredible for infants and toddlers and older children. They can wade in the shallows and play in the sand. The pool also has pool toys available for everyone to use. Our 1 bedroom apartment was beautifully clean and fresh. It felt modern and had everything we needed for a great stay, including lots of kitchen utensils to cater for ourselves. We also used the gym during our stay and it has all the basic weight and cardio machines you need to do a proper workout. Highly recommend - we'll be back.
